Meet the Business Owner

Richard E.

Business Owner

Richard is a Windermere broker and co-​founder of Washington Property Solutions. A native of Bellevue and a UW grad, Richard loves giving back to his community. Richard’s expertise in sales and marketing has taken him all over the country. Married and a father of three, he is a devoted Little League and basketball coach. An avid sports fan, one of Richard’s greatest experiences was attending Michael Jordan’s basketball camp and playing on the camp’s winning team… he even has the victory ring to show for it!

Martin is a Windermere broker and co-​founder of Washington Property Solutions. A Washington native, Martin graduated with honors from UW law school. He worked as an attorney at Perkins Coie, was Real Networks first lawyer, and then worked as in-​house legal counsel for an Internet startup before making real estate his career. His 15 minutes of fame (actually 30 seconds) was as an extra on the TV show Northern Exposure. Martin lives in Bellevue with his wife and two children.
