Brought a lot of things in to consign. Accepted most of them. Two weeks later was contacted that they didn’t want to accept many items because they were stained and to pick them up or they would donate. What? Not true! So they were donated. Other items left never sold or were lost when I picked them up. Bottom line. Consigning here was dreadful.

The woman who works here should have a sign around her neck saying «I really don’t care about anything or you». This off the beaten path consignment store is really not worth the effort to find it. The store is poorly laid out and you literally have to look at every rack to find anything… zero organization.

The inventory at this store does tend to be of a «mature» woman’s taste, as the other reviewer mentioned, so if you are under the 35 set, probably not for you.
My experience with them as a consignor has been a nightmare. It took 6 weeks to enter my three items in the system to get them on the floor. Three times I visited to see if my items were still there and only one of those times was I able to locate any of them — when I asked the clerk, she noted that the items had not been sold (and were not on the hold bin) but neither could we find them on the show floor. How are they going to sell if they are nowhere to be found? I noted for my items to be held for pick up at the end of the 90-​day sale effort. In that 90-​day time frame, my father passed away in a different state. About three weeks after my return, well after the 90-​day time frame, I realized I had these items still there. When I called to check, they had been donated (without any reminder notice) including a less than year-​old Coach purse. Apparently I did sell one item (the least valuable) so I could pick up my sales from that. I was appalled that no «friendly reminder before we donate your expensive items» was sent. The other «fun» aspect to this store is that you must request a check for your earnings prior to the 24^th for the check run on the 30^th or 31^st of the month. I called on the 26^th of the month so my earnings would not be distributed until the end of the Following month — 5 weeks away. Fine, that’s policy, I’m already livid over my donated items, but I’ll await my $ 27 check. By the 16^th of the month AFTER the check run, I still have not received my check or word that my check is ready so I call again to find out the story. Hmmm, no check in my file, (apparently it just sits there waiting for me to pick it up because they have entirely too many to notify me it’s ready) and no other information.
This experience has left me livid — I am out a $ 250 Coach bag that I was to pick up had it not sold, a piece of clothing (that I’m not as worried about) and I still can’t get my money from the one item I sold.
I have theories on why my Coach bag was never on the sales floor and did not sell and then was mysteriously donated — but that is just my opinion and I’ll leave that be…
I have consigned at other second-​use stores and this is, by far, the worst I have run across. I would look elsewhere for a place to take care of my belongings while they are sold.

I should start off by saying I’m 27 so if you’re around 50 you might like this store better than I did. It had a couple older things from brands like Express, Gap, and J. Crew, but most of the stuff is Chicos and Talbot’s type clothing. Lots of middle-​age clothing, and not trendy. Many of the shirts I noticed seemed to be a decade old, unflattering cuts, or weird material. Almost donation-​style clothing, like things you keep in your closet for years because you paid a decent price for it but never wear because it just doesn’t look good, then you finally get rid of it.
There are tons of scarves though, some cheap material but there were some cute ones for 7 – 8 dollars.
The clothing here wasn’t my taste and the things seemed a bit overpriced for the level of use. Giving three stars because the lady working there was very friendly I certainly don’t want to deter anyone from checking it out but I wasn’t a huge fan. Won’t be going back but it was worth perusing.
