Very clean store, everything is very organized. Check out their weekly sales. I will be back soon for some great bargains.

I work in Bellflower from San Pedro so I kill time going here. They are not that cheap but I do find good things from time to time. One worker there is very unfriendly and looks always angry like she hates her job. But then on the other hand I had a really nice young girl who was so sweet and an older woman who was awesome. Since I forgot to measure one part of a shelf to fit in my car it didn’t fit after I paid and came back from my job to pick it up. The younger gal who was so sweet helping me carry the shelf to my car and help me load it to find out it wouldn’t work and the older woman was kind enough and she was going to refund me but I requested store credit so they don’t lose any money and since I do shop there. I was very happy when I left. I felt very well treated

*Some things are a little over priced but if you get a copy of their sale calendar then you will know which days to go in

Really cute store. They have nice clothes but you really have to look for them. Can get pricy if you get a lot of stuff but if you just get a few items you should be fine. I like getting a lot of my vintage clothes there and the way I see it is that even if a dress is $ 5-​$ 10 I would rather pay that then $ 25 or more at a Forever 21. Over all really nice place :)

Talk about unaffordable treasures! Everything was so expensive! I could have easily brought a new dress for $ 15 somewhere else. And there was a vintage coat in poor condition, $ 40! Someone tell these people vintage means USED.

this is a awesome place filled with loving generous good looking people who work hard to satisfy there customers. i read alot of reviews and i totally thought the opposite its a affordable and organized really good and all if there proceeds benefit artesian christian home, a bellflower christian school (valley), and bethany christian services (adoption agency) so its all for a good cause and theres specials every single day and they have alot of coupons on top of the discounts and there employees are friendly and attentive to there customers especially the mexican guy there hes the best they really do a good job i mean theres a reason why they’ve been in business for over 18 years

Affordable Treasures can be a hidden gem but most of the time it is usually just junk. It is technically a thrift store but it seems like the items inside are random. I have only ever bought a film camera from here but it was a great deal. $ 0.99! They were having a sale and it went down from $ 5 to that. The ladies working are always nice so thats a plus but usually I don’t think of coming here when I think Thrift Store.

I love the 20 item for $ 5.50 sale on the second Monday and Tuesday of the month. I never miss it. You can’t beat it. In general the prices are not that bad, plus they always have sales. I bought a beautiful vintage style mirror for $ 27.00. Originally $ 70.

Junk.Junk. More Junk. Don’t waste your time.
We looked at clothing, and you can do better at any discounters or Goodwill or Salvation Army store.
The electronics are trashed. I collect old vinyl records and what I saw was in such awful condition, they couldn’t pay me to take it.
That pretty much sums up the entire store, as it were.

The religious themed store is very odd.
The people who work there seem anything but spiritual. Very weird ugly vibe with religious music playing all the time.
Sickly, phony sweetness. Yikes!
One wonders what kind of youth the very aged employees/​volunteers experienced.

I read the reviews on here about this place being expensive but I thought I’d check it out to give it the benefit of the doubt. I decided to check out some Baby clothes since they had signs posted out front that items 5.95 and under were 99 cents. A lot of the stuff was priced at 6.95. I found a cute Osh Kosh overall jumper thing and it was priced at 13.95! It is just too overpriced this is a thrift store not Buffalo Exchange.

Went in here today and no wonder why I stayed away. TOO EXPENSIVE!!!
Wont go back. The workers are rude and I cant understand why they are so expensive. How can poor people afford to shop here. I thought Goodwill was expensive. I will keep going back to Precious Life in Los Alamitos.

This place should be renamed «Expensive Junk.» There’s no reason to come here. The selection is one note (crap) and the prices are INSANE! I came in and the nice lady at the counter said everything was 50% off. However, it was still too high of a price. Sad too because if the prices were more reasonable, I might have bought a bunch of stuff. Unfortunately I won’t be back.

I’m not sure if prices have gone up but I strongly disagree with the other reviews when it comes down to affordability. I went looking for christmas sweaters for an ugly christmas party and I found some ridiculously over priced items. They had turtlenecks that look dirty, faded and visibly used that were priced at $ 9. I know it is a thrift store and things are obviously used but really a $ 9 non name brand turtleneck that is in that bad of condition should not be priced at $ 9 when it was probably $ 5 brand new. Everything at this store was overpriced I could not find anything that was reasonably priced. The sweaters I seen were $ 20 very expensive.

Found a baby h&m knit granny style sweater here. I didn’t want to pay $ 6 bucks for it but I thought about how much it would be at the mall so I decided to buy it anyways. I went over to pay for it and she told me my total was $ 3 something. Omg DEAL! I guess that day it was a sale day. I was so happy with my purchase. I wish they had a bigger selection on baby clothes. I wasn’t even suppose to find this place but I got lost trying to find Taco Bell and pulled over to this thrift store. (: what an excellent day.

I’m of two minds.
On the one hand, the prices here (on first pass) are REDONK. You want me to pay nine dollars for a used short-​sleeve blouse? Uh no. Also, the quality is maaaad varying. Here is why: the people who work here are 95% old (sometimes REALLY OLD) ladies, and they either can’t see well enough to detect rips and stains, or are old enough to have grown up in an era when you would mend a tear before you’d throw a shirt away because of it.
On the other hand, with the sales, which are happening pretty much constantly, shit can get cray. The best sale is when everything in the store is half off… and everything under $ 5 is 99 cents. If you’re a treasure hunter and good at getting your rummage on, you will find at least one prize every visit!
They also get some weird, cool stuff here. I found a packet of ivory knitting needles? chop sticks? that I use as hair sticks. They’re sharp as heeeell but the TSA still let me on a plane wearing one. Suckers. $ 2.05 at AT for a packet of six.
So shop here, but shop wisely. Read the banner by the parking lot that announces what sale is on. Get yourself a yellow card. Look at your finds CLOSELY before buying, especially clothing.

I LOVE thrift stores, but this is one I’ll never go to again.
Had some errands to run in Bellflower so my husband and I were stoked to check this out after all the good reviews on Unilocal.
Totally over-​priced, messy, unorganized, and lousy quality.
We found small cardboard gift boxes (no larger than 3″) for $ 2 EACH.
As well as stained, non-​branded jeans for $ 15.
Electronics section was small, everything was stacked haphazardly, no testing station, everything seemed to be broken or missing pieces, yet not cheaper than $ 15.
Despite all this, the place was pretty busy.
Maybe they have a secret room where they actually keep the «affordable treasures» and all the rest of the crap is just to weed out the newcomers, I don’t know. The amount of people in the store and loading up their carts of this incredibly expensive secondhand stuff was pretty amazing actually.

I have found some of my favorite sweaters here! There prices can sometimes seem steep at first BUT they are ALWAYS having sales! I don’t need to say much, because I really love this thrift store. Shop here!
