Arturo Suarez is the owner of Art & Frames, together with his sons Fernando and Arturo Jr. they have run this family business since 1998 in the city of Downey CA and just recently moved to Bellflower CA. Art Sr. has been in the picture framing business since 1984. His experience both in design and customer service has contributed to helping us grow by offering great prices and quick turnaround time.
