Bellflower Collision

Scott and the guys over at Bellflower Collision really hooked me up. He made sure I got my car back ASAP, even when my insurance company wasn’t being as responsive as they should have been. I really appreciate the great work they did. It looks and runs like a brand new car.

Great customer service. I received updates on my 2014 Chevy Malibu by text messages and phone calls by Alex. Alex Perez was definitely on game, very professional, he answered all my questions. He made all the necessary arrangements with Enterprise on getting me a rented ride.
Repairs look awesome, the vehicle looks new again. Only complaint is that they finished the repairs too quick! I didn’t get to enjoy the rental I had. My car was t-​boned, both passenger doors where damaged and they repaired it within a week. I had a different experience with another collision shop (Gregs Collision) and they took over a month to replace the rear tailgate and tail lights that was stolen from an older truck I had a few years back.
I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody who is looking for a collision body shop. Overall my experience with Bellflower Collision went smooth.

I just took my CRV to Honda Cerritos for some body work and they referred me to Bellflower Collision. I wasn’t skeptical because Honda gave me a direct referral. I received terrific service. Jose helped me out. Someone had hit my rear-​end bumper and popped the panel of the the rear passenger side. Jose said «let me have my technician look at it» and sent me to the waiting area. A few minutes later Jose called me to the door, the panel was back in place — everything looked great and NO CHARGE! I was really impressed with Jose and his tech. Now I am home reading these reviews and I wonder what has gone wrong in the past with other people, it is just that Honda takes a long time to supply parts to the shop … I can’t imagine these guys keeping a car in the body shop for three months if they are being supplied timely by Honda their customer service is awesome.

We have a 2014 Civic and it was recently in an accident. Stopped by on a Saturday to get a repair estimate and Geo, who wasn’t on the clock, helped me out. He gave me a fair estimate (I got 3) and because the Honda dealership recommended the place, I felt at ease. They got the car back to me as promised and I am really impressed! They are Honda Certified which was why we went with them! Thanks Geo and everyone for such great work and service!

If you ever come across this «business» RUNAWAY! They will lie to you and take your money for the «repairs» that they have done. Save your time, money and peace of mind by going elsewhere. I really don’t understand how they haven’t been shut down.

I recently got into an accident and had to have my car towed to my residence. I was referred to Bellflower Collision center by a friend and I wasn’t disappointed. They sent their own tow to my house and took my car to their place. I went the following day and was met by the receptionist (Jesenia Lopez, very pretty and easy on the eyes:)) she was extremely kind and very helpful. The workers kept in touch with me and in the end the vehicle was considered a total loss by my insurance. They are a very professional collision center and I’d definetely recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

If you want to save yourself a lot of time, stress and money don’t take your car here. Scott is thee biggest liar and between Scott, Steve (who are related) and his front desk lady they will tell you such different things. Scott will tell you that he understands you because he actually was In a horrible car accident not too long ago and that he understands where you are coming from and blah dee blah. My estimate was for 11.8 days whatever that means. Lets make it 12. Every time I called, he had a different date for me. He said he’d have my car ready and clean since there was a lot of dirt that flew in when my window shattered there was also blood. When I got my car back there was still shattered pieces of glass in my car as well as dirt and blood !!! Talk about bringing back memories of the car accident. It’s been about 1 year since my accident and my car sounds terrible needless to say I had a brand new car prior to this accident. Oh and I got my car back 2 months later, I had never paid so much for a rental before.

This is a top notch shop. They know what they are doing and they are efficient. Quality work, excellent customer service. Highly recommend if you need body work done on your car. They worked well with my insurance company, as well.

They don’t stand by with the date they initially say your car will be ready. Be prepared to look for your own parts if they have a hard time finding them… Honestly worst place to go to find another spot.

The combination of my insurance and this body shop has been nothing but a BAD MARRIAGE. I have been without my car since late October. I have followed every instruction both parties have asked of me, yet it’s looking like I will get my car back 3 months later. That’s 90 days. That’s how many days it takes for someone who is 350lbs make a transformation and lose 100+ pounds.
I’m all about the quality. My patience has been tested like never before. Being without your car and making car payments without using it has been the worst situation that I don’t wish anyone else will ever go through.
The Body Shops customer service has been EXCELLENT. They answer every call and question I have. They keep me updated with every move, but the one star is for the overall result and time it has taken for me to get my vehicle. I understand it’s a business, and it takes two to tango but frustrations are boiling in my end.
Once again I want to thank the Body Shops family and friendly genuine customer service. I hope they can at least waive my deductible for this long wait.
Overall, there is a reason why this shop is still in business and why they are so busy.

After taking my car in I decided to go on Unilocal and read the reviews. When I saw how many stars they had, I regretted ever leaving my car with them. I picked up my car this morning and I was very impressed. The quality of the work is excellent. You can’t even tell my car was involved in an accident. Once I left I stopped by a gas station, where my car decided to die. I gave them a call and they gladly went and helped me. My experience with them was very good. The only complain I do have is that sometimes they take a while to return phone calls.

This place is a nightmare and liars i took my Honda Accord there for a theft claim and was told by Scott and Steve Baca that it would take TWO weeks to to repair and that turned into SIX weeks and not to say had me chase down my own parts like my stereo that they couldn’t get the right one and had me go to down town LA to get it ! and after picking up my car i took it to a Honda Dealer in orange county and they said the bumper was missing bolts that this place put on. They also noticed that i was missing my moldings on the passenger side and when i told Scott & Steve that my rear mats are missing since part of the claim was to detail the car and they said they weren’t there once again liars so think twice before choosing this place. Also it took them SIX weeks to repair my car i have to pay $ 900.00 for car rental that was outside of what my insurance will cover I’m in the process of filling a complaint with the Consumer auto Bureau of Repair. And keep in mind this is Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos Body Shop ! the one STAR IS FOR WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE SUCKS !!

Update: I came in as requested and was immediately assisted with getting my car’s scratches removed. The staff was extremely helpful and teasing, with a familial feel to it. As promised, they did their best to polish and remove the scratches made to my car, which they offered to do for free. Their customer service was outstanding and I appreciated receiving a truthful recommendation. Thank you Bellflower Collision for being easily accessible and for giving great customer service.
I found scratches on my car. I took my car to Norm Reeves who recommended me to go to the auto body shop that they use. I was assisted by Steve who did a «visual» and told me he would polish and touch up my car. I’ll be back tomorrow to see just what kind of magic he can do & I will update my review from there (=

By far the best customer service I have experienced in the auto industry! Joey was awesome ! I drove in without appt they fixed my trunk and I was on my way! I will recommend to all my friends and family!

AWESOME GUYS!!! Are what Steve and his Boss are! Steve was the best! I had a huge dent in my bumper. I thought I was going to have to replace the entire bumper. I called and told Steve my dilemma and he was like send me the pics I’ll check it out. Took it the next day Steve and his Boss HOOKED A SISTA UP!!! My bumper looks like NEW! I didn’t even have to replace it! :D I will definitely be back!!! Thanks Steve and his Boss!!!

Somewhat-​better. After complaining to my insurance adjustors and the shop manager they still did not acknowledge my car was not fully fixed. It wasn’t until they noticed my review on Unilocal that they decided they should fix it. After the first call from Scott acknowledging my disappointment, it took them 2 months to get one small insignificant part for my car to arrive, way too long! One thing that I was grateful is that Scott kept in communication with me in regards to the part arriving. Once my car was fixed, about a week ago, Scott called to make sure everything was going well. I was impressed! I’m glad they’re taking the time to acknowledge their mistake and fixing it. Things they still need to work on is faster service and customer service, that means from the beginning. After all the months of trying to get my car fixed, the outcome was good! I’m not sure I can truly say I’m happy because it was so difficult to get here in the first place, I was just happy not to deal with it anymore! My recommendation is to speak to Scott if you have an issue… and joke with him and say, «Zahir from Unilocal told me to speak with you!»
One more thing: I missed the booty bumping music! Jk.

OMG! THIS PLACE TAKES FOREVER!!!
I got in rear ended by an uninsured motorist in my Honda CRV. I called the local honda dealership to ask where would be the best place to take my car. I have never been in this situation before, and didn’t really know what body shop was good, (I should have checked Unilocal). When i first went to Bellflower Collision, they seemed like honest people. I explained to them that my insurance policy didn’t cover rental car, and I wanted to make sure I got my car back asap. They said it would be about 10 days for the repair. A couple days went by, and they called me to let me know that the damage was more extensive than they anticipated so it would be about 4 weeks. That time passed and I called. They said, about another week. This pattern continued for almost 9 WEEKS before I finally got my car back! I’m no expert, but I’m thinking you could build a car from scratch in 9 weeks! I got my car back around
The ONLY reason i’m giving them 2 stars, is because when I finally got my car back, it looked PERFECT.
Its now February, 6 months after I got my car back and I am updating my review due to the simple fact that I have been back to this place TWICE in the last 6 months!
A few months after getting my car back, we had the first rain of the season, and I realized that my rear windshield wiper didnt work. I went back the next day and asked them to fix it. They did it while I waited, but I felt like I shouldnt have even had to deal with the broken windshield wiper.
Another 3 months go by and I take my tires to get rotated. The people at the tire rotation place realize that the wheel lock key is missing from the glove box of the car (where I always keep it). I called Bellflower collision since they were the last ones that worked on my car, and they had no idea where it is. They ended up having to replace the whole set of locks. So, when I go pick them up, the guy just hands the set to me, and says «There you go». They weren’t going to even put them on! What was he expecting me to do!!!

THE GOOD:
My family and I have had nothing but a positive interaction with STEVE at BELL FLOWER COLLISION.
His approach to us was friendly and considerate. He kindly referred to me as «Friend.» A thought and expression that would be, at first, thought to be said commonly to make one feel comfortable, and perhaps just said as that –an expression.
I have to admit, I was wrong. Steve did treat me as a friend.
The work they did looked great.
For the record: This is the third time having turned to BELLFLOWER COLLISION for any body repairs.
We have returned not due to our vehicle being a magnet for trouble; seemingly attracting other vehicles to collide into it for no apparent reason. No. (That is a story for my book.)
We have returned so many times due to the great work on the vehicle each time.
First introduced by a car dealership that had a minor accident at their location, we have stayed with BELLFLOWER COLLISION for all our auto-​body repair needs.
Having gone there on June 26^th or so to retrieve our car, everyone was nice.
The receptionist, clearly not on the clock, but was willing to help me get my car, was helpful.
THE BAD & THE UGLY: Nothing to note.
TO THE MANAGEMENT: All seems to be great and working in the proper sequence and order. Compliments all around.
TO THE READER: In all those instances that you get estimates from places… one thing that will not be included will be the level of interest and consideration that will be extended to you at BELLFLOWER COLLISION.
At BELLFLOWER COLLISION, you are not only called «Friend,» you are treated like one.

SCOTT ROCKS and LUCY POPS!!! I was in an accident and my car was in the body shop for a month! Initially, I called every other day and not once did either one of them sound annoyed. Finally, Scott beat me to the punch of calling and explained everything that he was waiting on. When the insurance adjuster had to come back out, Scott called before the insurance company did. When my car was finally done, it was detailed inside and out!!! Bellflower Collision is the best! I see why my Honda Dealer send all of the collision work to them!!!
oh and they have a lifetime warranty on all of their work so to me that is a HUGE bonus
