Coming here was always a nightmare. the front desk woman, Sharon, was ALWAYS rude and extremely condescending. She wasn’t welcoming at all and quite frankly I felt like she ran the office more than Dr. Angeles. Whenever i would come in to get work done Dr Angeles was in a rush and a sweaty mess. on one occasion I was getting a crown on my tooth and he put the crown on backwards i told him it felt uncomfortable and he sent me on my way regardless. I came back the next day and upon having him inspect the crown he realized it in fact WAS on backwards, he proceeded to blame me for this mistake, like whaaaatttt??? I had a filling put in and fast forward a little less than a year later while i’m flossing. said filling just popped right out. talk about cheap work. This office also tried charging my dad for a mass amount of work that was supposedly done on him and when he went to dispute this claim they told him that they charge for the work before hand he then told them he no longer needed their service and they still kept that balance on his account eventually sending the file to collections. FOR WORK THAT WAS NEVER DONE!
My sister who is married and has a completely different last name than us and has never been on our same insurance went to this office unknowingly and had a normal cleaning done. Upon processing her paperwork i guess Sharon noticed the same address for her as us and tried charging her insurance for my dad’s «supposed bill» without mentioning a single thing to my sister. This office is a mess if you can, do yourself a favor and COMPLETELY AVOID!

As a parent we want the best care for our children. I had been looking around for a while for a good dentist. My 4 year old daughter was assigned to Dr. Angeles, and let me say it was the best thing that ever happened. From the first moment i called i stressed the fact that i needed a appointment that same week and they got me in with no problem, when i arrived for my appointment i filled out my paperwork and was in so fast. Dr. Angeles explained everything to me and my daughter step by step, he was extremely friendly and made it a point that he wanted to gain my daughters trust and make her feel as comfortable as possible. My daughter had two cavities, one in which they filled that same day and the other was scheduled a couple, when arrived for the second cavity to be filled i did not have to wait i literally signed in and walked in the back with my daughter i was out of there in less than 10 minutes. AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!! And I am extremely picky!!! He is a great doctor and he has a great staff, i would highly recommend this office!

This is the first time I feel the need to actually write such a negative review for anyone, but what an awful experience! I called to make an appointment for my father and spoke to a woman named Sharon — she was INCREDIBLY rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She RUDELY told me that this dental office is «roster only» and would not allow us to fax over our proof of coverage while our insurance company says «roster only» is no longer allowed in the state of California. Sharon gave my insurance representative the same bad attitude. Had she been polite and reciprocated the respect that I gave her, I would have had no problem. If this is the first impression of how this dental office operates their business, then, NO THANK YOU. I am not comfortable sending my dad where at the mere scheduling stage there is already such unprofessionalism… not to mention one that is not up to date with laws and regulations of the industry! If turning down new customers is her goal, mission accomplished! There are plenty of dental offices in the area and it’s a shame for Dr. Angeles to have his staff be such a turn off.

I’ll take the pleasure in writing the first review. I was just at this Dentist today and walked out with a squeaky clean white teeth, and had all the procedures done without being ripped off. Unlike other mainstream dental practices who will recommend you with premium procedures that you don’t necessarily need and charge you premium, Dr. Angeles’s practice differs from those places. He will give you a honest assessment on what is needed to be done and will give you options on what reasonable procedures are offered. His quotes are reasonable and more affordable. This kind of start-​up practice has the attitude to succeed. Keep it up!
