Great work got my car back early and they did a great job plus cleaned the interior.

Terrible service. I was in an accident just before thanksgiving, I took my car into Gregs where they seemed to fix it. NOT ONLY did it take over TWO months to fix it when they gave me an original estimate of less then a month, but When I got my car back the electrical was severely damaged and Greg continued to tell me it wasn’t due to the accident! My car wasn’t like this before but yet they refuse to fix it. Gregs is nothing but a bunch of lying con artist. DONT GO TO GREGS!

I’m not very good at writing reviews, but I want to thank Greg’s for the service I got last month. My girlfriend, last May, bought a 2015 Toyota Highlander. Last July 4^th, someone hit it while packed on the street. Of course, did not leave a note.
Anyhow, no damage to the body but left behind a nasty black scrape along the side of her from bumper. I scrubbed and scrubbed and couldn’t clean it. I bring it to Greg’s to get a quote. Because of the 3-​stage paint, it could be difficult and expensive. But the tech that looked at it asked if he could try to clean it up.
I agreed and less than 5 minutes later it was 99.99% perfect. One tiny scuff remained on a seam and it matched the paint color so who cares? It was awesome! Didn’t even charge me! My girlfriend was very happy when I returned her car.

After the stellar experience I received at Greg’s, I could never imagine taking my car anywhere else for repair! I will admit that I was a bit skeptical taking my pride and joy to anywhere other than the Lexus dealer, but I’m glad I took the chance. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and it was very apparent that the expectations for customer service were set extremely high. When I picked up my vehicle the owner even came out and thanked me for my business and handed me a thank you card! My Repairs took only a day (even though it was minor) the communication and quality of work was excellent. I will highly recommend Greg’s to my family, my friends, as well as my business partners who value quality service. Thank you Greg and team!

Just left this place. Rude. I needed an estimate. Lady said I’ll need to wait for estimate, which was okay. She couldn’t even give me a time frame– wait 10 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour, what? I would’ve repaired my car here but upfront handling was horrible. I guess they don’t need the business.

I can’t say enough good things about the service, quality of work, and great communication I received from Greg’s Collision Center. I was in a 5-​car accident months ago, and because I work very far from home, it took me a long time to put aside the time to take my car in. Greg’s made the whole process very smooth, which was a big help. My car looks great (I had to have both bumpers replaced & reinforced), they gave me a complimentary jar of touch-​up paint, and were very good about calling with updates on the status of the repair work and accurate estimates as to when I could expect my vehicle back.
The Enterprise Rental rep who drove me back from the rental spot to get my car once it was ready also mentioned he heard nothing but good things about this establishment, and mentioned he felt their service was top-​notch. I would absolutely recommend Greg’s to a friend.

Everyone is friendly and professional. The place is neat and clean. They repaired and repainted quickly and it looks like new! Excellent communication as well. We have used their services in the past and always walk away with a good experience. We won’t go anywhere else. The hit and run is such an unpleasant experience and I’m thankful that getting it fixed was a positive one.

From the moment I arrived, I could tell that this was a well run business. I couldn’t help observe that as each vehicle was brought in, the staff huddled around and had a «mini production meeting» to go over all aspects of the work that was to be performed. Getting a rental car couldn’t have been easier, they already called Enterprise ahead of time (which is right around the block) and had them send someone to pick me up. Greg called me on Wednesday as he promised and told me the car would be ready on Thursday (a day early!). When I picked up my Lincoln, it looked like it was brand new. They replaced the front bumper, touched up a few scratches I pointed out and had it washed. This place and the staff are top notch! Thank you Greg!

You can only benefit and get quality work for your car at Greg’s shop. The 5 star reviews are the ones you should pay attention to. All you have to do is go there and sit in the lounge for 5 min to know that this business is a top notch place who only deals in honesty. Greg once again was able to touch up some scratches/​door dings without you being able to tell they were there on my car. Not many places can you get direct access from the owner the way that Greg makes himself available. Don’t even think twice for a place to handle your body work! This business is legit and has been so for many years! Great people working for him as well!

It’s a high quality company. They are certified repair site for USAA, All State, Mercury and many more so if you need you car repaired there is not any other place to go.

So I was rear ended by one idiot who hit another idiot who hit me (3 car accident). My bumper & spoiler was f’d up!!!
I wanted to get my car repaired at the collision center where I bought my car as my car is a special edition model (special color and special «body» kit). The insurance reps said that place wasn’t a shop in their network and the work wouldn’t be guaranteed. Rather than be out any money out of pocket for something that I didn’t cause, I opted to take it to Greg’s that was part of their network. The Unilocal reviews were positive and it wasn’t too far from home. Unfortunately, it didn’t end up being positive for me. From the moment you walk into the office, there is a strong cigarette order. The front desk lady is nice.
So they do a walk through with my car and gave me a quoted repair time which was not met. Before I left my car I told them several times that this model is not the same as the standard model and anything that needs to be ordered must be done form the manufacturer, they do not make replicas and I do not want any non OEM parts for my car. They said they understood.
Anyhow, they tried to «repair» my car using the same broken parts and the paint was so bumpy it would make an orange jealous. There was overspray on various parts of the car as well. And this is that I picked it up at night and these imperfections were obvious to the naked eye in poor lighting.
So they kept my car an extra day to fix it. It still looked crappy the next day so they told me I could bring it back another day since it’s guaranteed. Why on earth would I want to bring it back AGAIN and risk it not being done correctly AGAIN??? They also said they couldn’t find my car in their database (obviously they forgot what I told them when I dropped off the car).
It was also a hassle getting a rental car. There was a long wait to be picked up and dropped off at the closest car rental site.

It is so hard to find Customer Friendly oriented business now days. Not only did I find that at Greg’s Collision. The quality of the team at Greg’s is Superior, I was told my truck would look like a new truck and it did. A friend referred me to Greg’s and I was a little hesitant at first based on how far it was from my home, It was defiantly worth the drive.

I took my brand new Acura here after being rear ended because it was one of my options from All State. And I am so glad I did!
Everyone was very friendly and professional. Angel called me twice a week to give me updates on the progress. My car was finish a week earlier than estimated and everything came out perfect! They even gave me some extra touch up paint with a little brush for nicks and chips.
Pros: Clean, Friendly, Professional, Free Snacks and Beverages in the Waiting Area, Fast and Great Work!

As I was not responsible for the cost, I cannot comment on the price.

Love Greg’s Collision Center!!! Been in two fender benders in two of my vehicles and both Greg and his staff have always gone above and beyond in getting my vehicle repaired and back to me as soon as possible. They do amazing work and have very friendly staff. I would not go anywhere else.

I’ve had Greg’s Collision Center fix my car on multiple occasions. The side of my garage seems to reach out and snag my passenger side mirror about once a quarter. Anyway, the folks a Greg’s fix my car everytime. They are professional, the place is clean and my car comes home cleaner than when it went in. I would never go anywhere else.

This review is on behalf of the service for estimates only that my dad received. First off, I referred him to Greg’s because the place seemed legit, clean and friendly. Plus, I knew Mercury Ins. (my dad’s and my car insurance carrier) would refer him to this place anyway, since this is the place they referred me to when I had a minor accident 2 yrs. ago.
The person that hit my dad’s car (will be referred to as Mr. H) at first says he will pay for the damages in cash. So my dad went to one place and then to Greg’s to get an estimate to provide to Mr. H. Both places quoted nearly $ 3K in repair cost. New back bumper, tail lights, etc., the works! Then Mr. H says he will go through Mercury Ins. (his insurance carrier as well) because his personal expenses will be greater than expected. Meanwhile, my dad had already made the report to Mercury. So Mercury reaches out to him and has him go to Greg’s again to get the estimate reported electronically. My dad goes again to Greg’s and this time Greg’s provides an estimate of only $ 1,600 saying the bumper can be fixed (a new one is not necessary) and I guess the other things are minor in cost as well.
I understand insurance carriers obtain discounts throught contracts where they refer business, but to completely go from quoting new replacements to fixable items… come on!!! It’s not fair to the insured who was NOT at fault. You mean to tell me you will cut costs to the insurance carrier by almost 50%, but if you think I am a cash paying individual you will charge me twice as much and state that items must be completely replaced with new ones???
Perhaps my review should also be for Mercury, which I will look into, but for now it’s for you Greg’s. Shame on you and your employees for ripping off the community! Keep on feeding the car insurance industry into its profits!
Consumers BEWARE!

Great customer service! I was rear ended and there were scratches and small dents on my bumper. I dropped off my car on Monday and they had enterprise pick me up. The same day they called me and explained to me what needed to be done to my car. By Wednesday my car was ready. I was surprised how quickly they got the job done. I put a full tank of gas in my rental car expecting to be without my car for at least a week. When I picked up my car they went over the warranty, gave me a small bottle of paint (in case I get anymore scratches) and a thank you card. I eventually got a call from Greg who thanked me for my business. I like my business being appreciated. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful. Absolutely the best auto repair shop I’ve ever seen. From the kind staff to the work they put in, I felt like I’ve been going there for years even though it was my first time there.
