Goods news(Amazing Doctor) & Bad News(Staff & Wait)… Good news is — Nicest Dr I have personally seen in a long while. Dr. Hifumi put me at ease about the procedure & with his efforts to get it done now. He made me feel 100% better going in to the procedure & kicked but on the actual surgery. So amazing… The Bad News — after complications with the antibiotics I called the office to explain my situation to see if I could speak with or receive a return call from Dr. Hifumi to ask a couple questions about the antibiotic(2 mins tops) & the nurse says no. :(

Dr. Hifumi explains medical procedures in lay terms… but expect to wait forever before your name is called into an exam room. Anywhere from 1 hour– 1.5 hours. Don’t believe office staff when they tell you it will be 30 mins. Take a good book.

Dr. Hifumi is the best doctor around. Very kind and caring and made my procedure go super smooth. I highly recommend him and his office staff who went out of their way to reach me. I was a little elusive because I didn’t want another surgery but it was the best decision I made. I am feeling great, surgery was yesterday and I’m healing well. Must be because Dr. Hifumi is the best! Thanks!

Dr Hifumi might seem intimidating at first because of his big booming voice, but he is such a kind man. He has to be if he’s in this business. He’s good at what he does. When I first went in to surgery, they told me that it will probably be the first of two. Dr Hifumi was able to remove the infection in one attempt… no second surgery needed. Score. His receptionist, Erica, is also a sweetheart. The assistants were friendly as well(I think names were Gloria & Roxy). Note: If you don’t have medical insurance and you need to arrange payments, they WILL definitely work with you.
