Bad customer service. Wont be back. First of all we order sign for our store. They did it with wrong material. They already charge ($ 150) us with one we ordered. I took it back. They said they re sorry. They did it again but when i went there to pick them up, the guy who is in charge there, he was like we need to charge difference. What the heck. what difference. I paid the difference whatever he said. They dont even speak english, they can’t explain nothing. At the first place he was gonna charge me ($ 169 extra) according to him that was the difference. Plus, i already paid the tax of $ 150. He charged $ 16 tax for the $ 19 difference. He is really good at Math. Bad customer service, bad artwork.

I love their work. I’ve been getting stuff printed here for three years and every time they seem to impress me. It’s not the cheapest or most expensive, their pricing is in between. They’re also friendly and explain things correctly. And if you don’t want to come in they work well through email and phone, but make sure you’re detailed at explaining what you want.

This place is not good, spend your money somewhere else. I ordered some business cards from them and every-​time I called to check on the status the man who answered had no clue about it. I was told they would be ready on Wednesday and I received them two weeks late!!! These guys are unprofessional and have no type of good customer service skills. They are rude and don’t care much about the customer. I would never return here

I’m being extremely generous by giving this place a 1 star. And it’s because it’s required to leave a review.
So I’m starting my own business and I need business cards and flyers and since this place is right by my house I decided to give it a try. This place is such a mediocre place.
I got the package of 1,000 cards and 1,000 flyers for $ 206. They ask for a deposit before they even begin working. This price supposedly includes the DESIGN and printing. The designers shouldn’t even be called designers because they don’t design anything. Now, I’ve complained numerous times and asked for my money back and they won’t give it back. All the «proofs» they’ve sent are crap to say it nicely. I’ve gotten so frustrated that I ended up designing everything myself and even then they can’t get it right.
After this experience, I wish I would’ve paid more somewhere else than so little for this mediocre place.

Stopped by today. Everything looked great. Extremely nice and helpful.
