Established in 2013.

Avalon is a culmination of nearly 10 years of experience in medical massage therapy, and deep commitment to obtaining health and wellness the natural, sustainable way. We believe that massage is not just a luxury; it is a valuable and effective tool in preventative healthcare. We recognize that every client has different needs, and every appointment is customized to provide the greatest benefit to you. We also send you home with the tools and information to improve your self-​care regimen and prolong the results of your sessions. We are devoted to your long-​term health, your well-​being, and the quality of your treatment.

Meet the Business Owner

Heather G.

Business Owner

Born and raised in Bellingham, WA, Heather has been practicing massage therapy in the greater Seattle and Bellingham areas for the past five years. She graduated Ashmead College with honors in 2008, was drawn immediately to medical, wellness and injury treatment work, and has practiced medical massage exclusively for the past three years. Her greatest strengths lie in her extensive knowledge of kinesiology, her ability to intuitively address and effectively treat chronic pain, postural and structural imbalances, injuries (and more!), and her warm, compassionate nature; Heather possesses a genuine love for people and healing that is evident from the moment you meet her.

When she is not practicing, Heather stays busy hiking, bodybuilding, practicing yoga, and studying all things health, fitness and nutrition. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, her partner Michael and their dog, Thor.
