Business Owner

Erika Flint is a Board Certified Hypnotist and Certified Professional Hypnotherapy Instructor and loves helping people transform their lives with hypnosis. She’s an expert hypnotist, local hypnosis educator, magazine author, and outdoor enthusiast.

Erika’s background is in computer programming and problem solving. She she was in the greatest computing device available — the human mind!

Erika uses a variety of advanced hypnosis techniques to help clients release limiting and erroneous beliefs, and with the power of the mind, help people overcome life long struggles.

I had the good fortune to listen to Erika speak recently at a hypnosis convention (National Guild of Hypnotists), and I was so impressed. She really knows her stuff, and it shows in all of her satisfied clients as well as students.

I have been curious about hypnosis for a very long time but it wasn’t until I hit a wall with my counselor after 20+ years that I was brave enough — or OK, maybe desperate enough to try it. The minute I met Erika I knew that I was in the right place. She explained the process thoroughly and dispelled the misconceptions that I think most of us have about being put under some king of spell. I came to Erika at the end of my emotional rope, but she helped me to see that my limiting beliefs — most likely the result of 25 years in an abusive relationship — were keeping me tied to my past. I had no idea how to comprehend much less achieve my goal of «loving myself» but that is exactly the magical outcome of my sessions. Erika is very compassionate and accepting of whoever you are when you walk through her door. With her encouragement and exceptional skills, I am living proof that hypnosis can be life changing. Gotta say Erika is very talented and special. My experiences with Erika have been life changing and I would highly recommend Cascade Hypnosis for any personal improvement goals. At first I was a bit weary of hypnosis treatments — a bit doubtful that it would work on my strong willed personality– but after my first experience with Erika I felt very confident that this is real and pure and it would no doubt bring more positivity into my life — and it has in more ways than I could have imagined.
Erika has such a wonderful personality. She is not only very talented at performing hypnosis but she is exciting and fun and shares a real sense of compassion and understanding for whatever goal that is to be achieved. Erika was great in helping me to dig out the root causes for my stress that was starting to feel debilitating. Additionally, she helped to embed coping strategies and ways to endure/​process/​interpret/​release new stressors that may appear in my life. This was my first experience with hypnosis and would highly recommend it. It is not like it appears in the movies — the most notable difference is the fact that you maintain awareness the whole time. I felt better after the very first appointment and would recommend this to anyone who needs help with stress or anxiety. Erika does the first consultation by phone for free, so you can describe your concerns to her first to see if hypnosis is the right path for you. She is a very calm and professional guide through this process. A+ experience!
