We pride ourselves on making everything fresh, everyday. Our delicious breads are baked every morning and our wonderful pies and decadent pastries are made fresh and are ever changing on the menu.

Our Cake Chefs are one of a kind. Place an order for a birthday, anniversary or any other event cake, and you will have the most unique, fresh and delicious tasting cake on the scene.

Paul Brunetti, Owner and operator, learned his baking skills at Johnson & Wales University. Although fully educated with classes, most of Paul’s technique was learned from his father, Dino, a lifelong baker and also whom the bakery is named after. With skills learned from his father, Paul had the technique and know-​how to open his second bakery after much success with his previous and still ongoing business, Wagging Dog Bakery & Deli, a full bakery and deli dedicated to your furry friends.
