I have lived and worked in the Bellingham, WA area for over 40 years. My background includes home repairs, remodeling and home inspections. I also manage and own rental properties, so I am familiar with investor interests in real estate. Assisting people in making critical real estate decisions is a natural for me, as I enjoy meeting new people and helping them find the right place to call home. Over the years I have helped many clients re-​locate and retire to the Great (green) Northwest. We worKed with Jerry on several occasions he was very helpful before we arrived in Bellingham, via phone and Email. And when we arrived, he had located virtually every property that might interested us, and never wasted our time looking at crap that we weren’t, t interested in. Jerry made the whole process easy and fun, it seems he knows nearly everyone in town. We loved his little dog, and were impressed that he was able to find some obscure things that weren’t in the Realestate listings that we could find. We decided to stay in Calif. for another couple of yrs. but when we move we will definitely work with Jerry.
