Hi there! My name is Kena Brashear, and I am Real Estate Broker at The Muljat Group Realtors in Bellingham. I have lived in the Northwest for most of my life and in Bellingham since 1990. I graduated from Western Washington University in 1995. I have been in the real estate business since 1994 and work with everyone from first time home buyers to experienced investors. I currently represent Business Bank, listing their foreclosures in Whatcom and Skagit Counties. I also help negotiate and pre approve short sales with Business Bank clients. Any short sale I list for a Business Bank client is pre approved through Business Bank before I list the property. This helps make the transactions seamless and easy for the seller, Business Bank and the buyer.

Seeing that my best friend knows me better than anybody I did not hesitate one bit when it came to giving her a call. I knew right away Kena was going to be a perfect fit because after that 1st phone call I felt like all that nervousness I had about making this huge life changing commitment was all gone!
