Greetings! If you are looking for a positive home buying/​selling experience, I am your Realtor. Born and raised in the Bellingham area, I know this area and its market extensively. My goal is to help you buy/​sell your home for the best price, at the right time, with as little stress as possible.

As a former teacher, I care that you understand what is involved with buying and selling so that you can make the best choice for you and your family. I promise to listen to you and your needs and work within your budget. I believe all questions are worth asking, and if I don’t know the answer, I will go find it.

I work with a lot of first time home buyers, condominiums, and residential sales, and I love what I do. I am well connected to help you get the best service with many of the pieces involved in a real estate transaction. Business Owner

Michael Voth was born and raised in Bellingham, WA. He is a product of Bellingham’s great schools. Michael obtained a degree in education from Central Washington University and was a teacher for 5 years. During that time he became a National Board Certified teacher.

Upon moving back to Bellingham, he obtained his real estate licence and has been helping people buy and sell homes ever since. He loves his career change. When he is not working, he is spending time with his wife and son, usually on one of Bellingham’s many trails.
