History

Established in 2012.

I am a local graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in Music. Teaching and competitive dance has been my personal passion for the past decade. My family has elevated the level of ballroom dance in this community with U & Me Dance, Inc. and now I aim to further that venture with my own name and business, Nathan Simler Ballroom or NSBallroom for short. Whatever the needs of the student, I will provide a new skill that will lift you up. You’ll never have to be unsure on the dance floor again.

Business Owner

A student of music, Nathan Simler is the communities leading dance instructor with the most teaching certifications under his name as well as the most National competitive accolades. Teaching in Whatcom County Washington since 2001, first with his family at U & Me Dance, Inc and now under his own business name, Nathan has taken students through the biggest dance competitions in the country as well as through the most important dance on their wedding day. He has experience with students from all backgrounds and skill levels. Recently he has earned the titles from competitive events all across the continent in the US and Canada. If you are looking for a dance instructor, you will find no better qualified instructor in Northern Washington. He also enjoys baking, woodworking, stills plays music, and improvements on his home with his lovely wife, Azita, and two beagles, Foxy and Sweet Pea.
