A car hit me from behind while I was stoping at red light. I took my car to Olsen auto-​body shop to be fixed, the receptionist was so nice, then I talk with Patrick, he is also very nice and helpful. They ordered the parts very fast and retuned my car like new. I didn’t pay one penny, all covered by the other driver insurance. I highly recommend this place.

Olsen’s is quality. I’ve had three different vehicles serviced here and have had nothing but timely, courteous, professional service. I recommend Olsen’s to anyone.

Run, don’t walk! Take your car someplace else with better reviews! While on vacation in the area, I was involved in a car accident which forced me to leave my vehicle in WA to be repaired. There were a lot of damages to my car which left me without my car for over a month. Obviously, I needed a rental car. Situation #1-​After I left my car to be repaired, I went and got a rental car. A couple days later, I called the shop and asked if they had done an estimate yet. They hadn’t looked at the car yet. I explained my situation to him that I was from out of town and had a rental and needed to know a time frame for repairs. I was told, «The car rental really has nothing to do with us.» He was right and wrong on that because, every day he had the car without doing ANYTHING to it is a day I have to pay the rental out of my own pocket!
Situation #2-​This body shop has a stupid text messaging system which is supposed to give the progress on repairs to your vehicle. It would be a good little system if it were accurate. It’s not accurate at all. I was originally told my vehicle would be finished by May 29^th and they stuck with that date until the very end. The last minute it changed to June 8^th. To be fair, my car also had to go to dealership to have airbags replaced but that brings me back to my point about system not being accurate. Since I had to fly back to pick up my car, an accurate date would’ve saved me a lot of money.
Situation #3– I finally get to pick up my car! I flew in from CA and arrived early in the morning and the body shop arranged to have us picked up at the airport. I was very happy about that and thought that was pretty great, which brought the star rating from 0 stars to 1 star rating! But… here is the BIG problem!!! While examining the car before taking it from the shop, I noticed several large scratches on the top of my car that were not there when I left the car. It is as if several boxes had been sat on top of my car and moved all over the place! When I pointed them out to the guy he said, «that didn’t happen at this shop!» «My guys know better than to sit things on top of cars.“Seriously, I didn’t care if it happened at their shop or the dealership where they replaced the airbags. I just wanted it fixed. back to normal. I feel like a body shop should’ve noticed the large scratches before trying to return my vehicle to me in that condition. It seemed like they were really careless with my car. A happy end to this review is that I called my insurance and told them about the scratches and they are going to pay to fix the damages. Hopefully this shop learns from this experience and will do better for their next customer.

This place is garbage. Lets just say I very rarely feel compelled to write reviews on a business, but because of their extremely poor service, I felt it was important to let people know. They have this very stupid text message service that updates you on the progress of their repairs. I received the first messages saying «We have updated your completion date from ¹⁄₂₉ 4:00pm to ¹⁄₃₀ 4:00pm» two weeks later I have received well over 10 messages notifying me that they are changing the completion date. Today was the final straw after once again they failed to pull through after promising they would not let me down for the 11^th time. Find a business that you know will not screw you around, this is not that business.

I cannot imagine an experience with a body shop going better. The parts, all original, the paint matched perfectly, and although the work took an extra day because of an illness, they offered me a loaner car. The insurance guy came to inspect, said it was top rate work. I could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend this shop.

First off it’s hard to find a body shop anywhere that people are happy with. My insurance suggested Olsen as a preferred repair shop. They did a good job and they were pleasant to deal with. Another insurance paid for my trip both time I had been there so yeah I guess if I paid out of pocket I would be up in arms and saying nasty things about it.

I was curious as I haven’t used Olsens (haven’t had the need, thankfully) since the owner Mark died.
These folks still «rock» the autobody business! From the gal on the phone to the estimator to the workmanship… they even went the extra mile to make sure the bumper pad got put back on my replacement bumper. (which I would have forgotten about). AND when I picked my car up it was washed on the outside and vacuumed and cleaned up on the inside. I would refer peeps to them in a heartbeat! The even set up my rental car for me. Sweet deal all around! I have no doubt if I have a problem with anything they will make it right.

The work they did was fine, but the rude treatment I received from the manager, Patrick, was inexcusable and ruined my morning. The woman at the front desk, however, was extremely kind and personable and tried to make up for his behavior, but in the end, it’s not worth it to me and I’ll not be returning to Olsen in the future.

I’d noticed that the molding right under my front bumper was hanging down a little bit (probably from a curb or the like), but as it was not interfering with the car’s driving performance, I just ignored it. Until the day I backed out of my weird driveway a little too close to the guy-​wire tie-​down, and it reached out and grabbed the little part hanging down. It was now dragging and worrisome. I had no idea what to do!
I taped it up with packing tape as best I could and went in search of help. The first place I stopped (Les Schwab — hey it was near a tire, so that made sense) sent me over to Olsen Auto Body. I drove over and went inside. They had a couple people waiting and two employees manning the phones/​counters. I spoke to Lanni when she got off the phone. She asked good questions and gave me coffee (YAY) and asked me to wait a moment. I ended up getting traded off to Patrick as someone came in that she had worked with before. He asked a couple more questions and offered to just take a peek at it. A moment later he was under the car and saying «Oh this isn’t bad at all» (phew!) We went back inside and he said he’d have a tech just add a couple clips, if I could wait about 10 minutes. (WOW!) Sure, I had a bit more coffee to finish anyway. A little less than 10 minutes later, he was back with my keys and said it was all ready. (Huh?) «Cool! What do I owe you?» «Nothing, we have a drawer of those clips and it took no time.» «Really?» «Yup, glad we could help. Have a great day!» «You guys are my heroes! Thank you so much!»
And I drove off with confidence and a warm glow inside. What a bunch of nice folk at Olsen Auto Body!

AVOID! AVOID! I went to this place on blind faith, after browsing around on their website and driving by the shop. Doh! I guess looks can be VERY deceiving! My car was backed into on the passenger door, so the Olsen estimator did his thing and I dropped it off. Three days later, I picked it up, and was very happy to see the repair appeared to be fixed. Little did I know just how bad their work was once I looked at it…
1. The door molding STILL had a 5 inch white scratch where the woman hit me. Why did they not replace this?
2. There were white dots all over the side of my car that wouldn’t come off with a wash.
3. There was some overspray in one area — even the Olsen tech called it that.
4. There was dripping paint marks in the side turn signal area!
So I took it back up to Olsen, even though I have since moved away to Seattle. They painted the molding, and washed it again. I looked closely again. The white dots were still there but the molding appeared fine. The Olsen tech came out and put a polishing compound on the car to remove some of the white dots. Most of them came out, but what were they???
Fast forward a week — my mechanic friend has the car on his lift, and he discovers there are dripping paint marks all along the bottom of the molding that they painted.
BEWARE… these people have NO such thing as quality assurance!!!
