O’reilly auto parts

I am a long time Oriely customer. This is by far the worst store I have ever been in. Zero appreciation for the customer. GO TO AUTOZONE NEXT DOOR. THEY WILL TREAT YOU BETTER AND BEAT ORIELYS PRICE. You would think these guys would know that and treat their customers better

Call these guys up asked for front break pads for my Car they had them no problem. Came in got them, changed them and figured I would do the rear too since i was doing it. Called back ask if they had the rear pads got a nope don’t got them but we can order them have them here tomorrow or next day. I said no thanks and hung up. called the other oriellys on the guide who had them. I mean come on the employee didn’t even offer to see if they were in that store in his computer that has a server with every part they own and where it is at and told me I could order it.

This was my first and last time visiting O’Reilly’s. I was in Bellingham for the day, and after having extreme difficulty finding a certain part for my car in Vancouver, I thought I’d try Bellingham. My first stop was O’Reilly.
Went in, asked for the part, out of stock. Ok, no problem. The guy offered to order it for me. I said thanks, but I’d go to NorthWest Honda first to see if they had any in stock, as I needed the part urgently. He told me that Honda was closed. «Closed on a Saturday?», I said. He said that the sales department would be open, but the parts desk was closed. He continued to pressure me to order the product from him. I said no thanks, and walked out. Drove over to Honda, and sure enough they were open. Got the part I needed and walked out 5 minutes later.
I can understand the employee of O’Reilly wanting to sell me their product, but downright lying about a competitor’s open hours to keep me in their store is out of line. I have a strong distaste for liars, and I will never return. There are dozens of auto part stores in Bellingham (probably more than I know about), so I have no idea why anyone would choose to shop here. I will NOT be back.

Went in to get a big brand Vinyl cleaner and Oil. Barely got help and when informed that they didn’t have the product, no attempt to help me find a suitable alternative. No other customers in shop. And they just continued yucking it up with each other. Absolutely no concern for me, the CUSTOMER! Will never again use this place. Go to Napa where you get great service.
