2. You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Washington State Law says that your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.
3. We will help you negotiate your claim with the insurance company.
4. Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this, or you may leave your car at our shop and ask that the insurance company inspect the car here.

John R.
Business Owner
John Richey has over 51 years of experience working with automobiles. John started out as an auto repair technician in 1964. His passion for automobiles led him to establish Richey’s Auto Body in 1975. John has restored many of his own vehicles over the years, some of which include a 1954 Corvette, 1957 Chevrolet convertible, 1955 Ford Crown Victoria, 1939 Cadillac, 1968 Camaro SS, 1968 Plymouth GTX and many more.
