Established in 1973.

Steve Swan started Swan’s Clean Care & Restoration in 1973 with the help of master cleaning technician Dave MacDonald who is still with us today.

Angie & Dale Bartel purchased Swan’s Clean Care & Restoration in July of 2005. Dale, an employee of Swan’s since 1994, is a master cleaning technician and restorer. Swan’s was the first carpet cleaning company to service Whatcom County

No major changes have been made to Swan’s since the Bartels took over ownership. The staff remains the same, and they are committed to keeping the same quality and excellence associated with the Swan’s name.

Business Owner

Dale started with Swan’s in 1994 after starting in the carpet cleaning industry under another company. Over the last 18 years with Swan’s Dale has established himself as a very dedicated technician striving to give the best possible service each time. In Dale’s off time he enjoys supporting his 3 children in their athletic endeavors, and spending time (away from the office) with his wife, Angie.
