Runway Couture

Along with customer service and selection I’ve been a customer for the last three years. I was made to feel like a queen from the very first time I came to Runway Couture. I felt like a million dollars in the gown Kimberly designed and Blanca created for my sons wedding. My guests were in awe of my gown. It was elegant and one of a kind. The service is impeccable. Everyone at Runway is professional, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Runway Couture as your number one destination for special occasions.

Yesterday I found the perfect dress for my nieces wedding at Runway Couture. The selection was plentiful, and the staff very professional. I would definately recommend this boutique for anyone needing evening wear.

I need to give this place 5 stars based on customer service alone. I had been searching for a dress to wear to my brothers wedding for weeks before I stumbled on this place, so I really had a good number of places to compare it to. Alissa was wonderful and I highly recommend asking for her. She took me to three different racks of dresses, picking out ones that tailored to my taste, as well as others she thought would compliment my figure. But most importantly, before each rack, she let me know the price range of the dresses. Countless times I had tried on dresses and fell in love with them, only to find out they were way out of my budget. I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on, one that Alissa personally picked for me and I couldn’t be happier. My dress arrived within a week, and I am already happy with how the first fitting turned out.
They also have a selection of hand painted dresses that are really beautiful. They start around $ 1000, but the craftsmanship is artfully done and unique, so no two dresses will look the same!

Stay far away from this store!!! The staff are pushy and rude. I was in the store recently and witnessed a staff person (I think it was the manager or owner) yelling abusively at a customer who apparently was just trying to get a refund for a dress that was never delivered. I have never seen such awful and inexcusable behavior toward a customer. I was so horrified that I followed the customer out of the store and asked her what had happened. Apparently, she had put a large deposit on a dress that she tried on which was supposed to have been ordered in her size but when she called the store, they said that she had actually bought the sample dress — which was several sizes too small!!! She said that she couldn’t even zip it up and had only tried it on to see how it would look. She was in the store to get a refund on the deposit when the owner ripped into her and refusing to even discuss a refund. The customer was shocked, extremely upset and was afraid that she had lost $ 800 and had no dress!!! Even if this was a misunderstanding between her and the salesperson, to treat a customer like that and not try to make it right when they had so much of her money is inexcusable and one of the most disgusting and unprofessional displays I have ever seen. Regardless of what ultimately happened, there is never any excuse for a customer to be treated in such a disrespectful and humiliating manner.

I needed a dress for several upcoming weddings. On recommendation, I made an appt. to see Kim at Runway Couture. I’m not an easy fit. I walked in, told Kim what looks best on me — she reached into a rack, pulled out EXACTLY what I wanted and that was that!!! I’ve worn it at least four times with many more to come. And now I’m bringing my daughter there — hopefully it will be just that easy. I was treated well, and highly recommend this business to others.

Decided to go shopping and came across this boutique since they are local. Please beware of this store. They cut off the labels of dresses on the one side of the store and claim its there couture line or something of the sorts. It’s basically dresses that they want to mark up way over sticker price and they remove the labels. I tried on 3 dresses all similar styles which I recognize from Abyss which on the Abyss site from $ 120-​$ 180 and this store is selling it the dresses for $ 500. Completely absurd if you ask me. I understand a markup but it seams like they are just trying to RIP people off. The sales people are rude there as well. I will not be back. I will continue to shop at the boutiques that I have in the past.

I went here to buy a prom dress and didn’t really find anything I liked much. The dresses all run very large and the woman helping me had to hold the back tight so I could see how the dress would fit. My consultant was very sweet though and helpful and they do keep track of the girls that purchased dresses and what school they go to so no one has the same dress. Seems better for mother of the bride.

I went to Runway Couture to find a Mother of the Bride dress. I had no appt and was taken immediately.
From the minute I walked in the store I was hooked. Very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The sales staff are attentive and warm. The clothes are special and tailored to fit. Beautiful women’s fashions and very helpful saleswomen. Way too helpful ! This is the way clothing should be sold.
We walked into the store and were greeted like friends, as we browsed the racks the sales woman, Mara, asked me what style I was looking for and as she was taking the items to a fitting room and making suggestions of her own.
Sales staff helpful without the hustle. The whole experience was wonderful. They took their time.
This is an amazing store and the owner really knows what she is doing and runs a great business. You can tell she really cares about her customers, staff and her product. This store is fabulous! The merchandise is beautiful and beautifully made. I can’t say enough about the staff, they are phenomenal! Not only are they friendly and extremely knowledgeable, but told me what looked good and what didn’t and they were right.
I wanted to go back with my daughter so the sales girl said to make an appt for the next time I come so I did and she was just as helpful as she was the first time. I bought a beautiful, unique MOB dress there and so happy that Runway Couture made this experience a stress free one.
