Established in 2011.

The owner of Train For The Game LI, Barbara Brenseke, has over 20 years experience working with athletes to help them outperform the competition in their sport. She has worked with middle high school and college athletes helping them remain injury free and to help them become faster, stronger and more explosive.

Business Owner

Barbara Brenseke-​Barbara is a highly sought after Certified Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of experience in the athletic and fitness field. She is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and Idea Health and Fitness Association. Barbara is a certified Hardstyle Kettlebell (HKC) Instructor, Class C certified soccer coach with the Long Island Junior Soccer League and a a certified Olympic Weight Lifting Sports Performance Coach. She is a strength and conditioning coach who works with athletes of all ages and levels. In addition, she works with adults and coaches them on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Barbara is an athlete herself and competes in Olympic Distance Triathlons, Marathons and is a USTA tennis player.
