– I spoke to this man few months after the hurricane because I needed blueprints for my sandy damaged homes foundation.
I told him several times I never worked with an architect or engineer before so I don’t know the process. Many times I called him and left him messages to ask him what we need to do next. He kept telling me he didn’t get to it yet. Finally with out even talking me to me he made the plans for a V zone when I live in A zone. They would have been extremely expensive and unnecessary. The town told me they were excessive. He also told me my town building department does not know what they’re talking about. I have the email to prove that. So now he is suing me in small claims court to try to get the money for the plans. The plans I returned to him and never used. There were also several other inconsistencies in his drawings related to my house’s current structure.
I would be leery working with him. He never returns calls and it very vague.
I would not recommend working with this person at all ever.
The only reason he has any stars is because Unilocal did not post a review that has one star. therefore you the consumer would not be able to see the truth.
