Steve contacted me for my winter touch up. Dropped off the car very dirty on the outside and somewhat clean on the inside. Got the car back in a few hours with no extra charges. The inside was vacuumed, glass cleaned. The exterior was absolutely beautiful. Looks like new. Steve is class and his service is beyond any competitor I know of. His services may cost a few dollars more than some local shops, but the work he does is well beyond their capability. You would be really making a mistake going anywhere else whether you drive a ford or a bmw.

Trevor was super nice when I spoke to him on the phone to schedule an appt and equally nice when I met him in person. They took my Camry — with no less than ³⁄₅ years of baby/​toddler disgusting gook built up in it, and for $ 150 (interior clean plus handwash) returned it to me LIKE NEW. It’s seriously amazing. I feel like I should have paid an ‘I have a toddler who eats in the car’ premium. Not only was it a great value, but they were so gracious about it. Guy at pick-​up was equally nice. Good people, amazing clean, great value. Flawless experience.

They did a fantastic job on the full detail on my 2012 maxima. Looks better then when I bought it used 2 months ago. They made the interior sparkle and trust me it needed it after this past winter. I drove and 1 ¹/​² because of these reviews. They do not have a waiting room so I recommend taking über to Burlington Mall $ 20 each way. Arlington Auto Detailing goes up and beyond what Steve’s competition when it comes to his high quality workmanship and and attention to detail. My 11 year old, Infinity G35X was in great need of a make over from our miserable winter.
I purchased the premier package. And I’m happy that I did… exterior wash was hand done, which included cleaning greasy brake dust whipped up into complete yuck. Steve got it off’. Treated the tires, and all of the exterior.
Internal and exterior windows magically Crystal clear, the interior not only very clean, had a lovely clean fragrance. Steve magically cleaned my front head lights to almost new. Now I can see, the road better.
I highly recommend Steve if your looking for exceptional services at a fair price.

The work that Trevor and Steve did was absolutely incredible. My FJ Cruiser looked better than it did on the first day. The finish was like looking into a mirror! Everyone was extremely friendly, and you can really tell they care and take their work seriously. I will be recommending them to my friends and will certainly be going back to have my FJ detailed there again in the future.

Steve was very flexible with scheduling and delivered on time. The quality was amazing. We delivered a filthy car, which we purchased used: stale cigarette smoke, dirt, stained upholstery; the works. It looked and smelled nearly like new. I recommend the ozone treatment add on!

Doesn’t worth it! Bad quality of the service. The back seat got even more dirty than before ! 120 $ for this!!! Are you kidding me. I wish I can refund my money back. Don’t go there !!

I’m so pleased to write this review, and to share fantastic experience with Steve.
We got a car recently, and we wanted to get our new car ready for this winter. We bought premium package that included exterior and interior cleaning as well as waxing.
I was so happy when he offered me a ride since he needed a car for a few hours. I live 10 min away from the shop, so he dropped me and my car off. So nice!
One more thing… I payed with card using his phone, and somehow there wasn’t an option for tip. I so wanted to give them tip because they surely deserved it. Luckily, I had some cash, so I was still able to give him some tip.
Overall, I’m so happy with their service, and how they cleaned and waxed our car. It looks phenomenal! I would definitely recommend him to anybody, and I will certainly keep using his services.

Steve was great, I told him that a wash and wax was all I needed for winter prep and they went above and beyond for the price I paid! Since there is no waiting room, I hopped on the bus (right down the street) into town to kill time. They quoted me a time to completion, and actually finished it off much earlier. The car looks like new and the carpets were cleaned. Thanks so much, I will definitely be back!

When I went to make an appointment, «Fred» suggested I have it done at Belmont Car Wash because I thought his price was too high (could tell immediately he didn’t need the business). Long story short, made the appointment, happened to be raining that day, so re-​scheduled for today (10÷17÷14). Called him at 8:00 a.m. to confirm my appointment and ASKED if the weather conditions were OK for him to do it. He responded with «re-​schedule it for next week» and hung up. I immediately called back (wouldn’t answer the phone) and left a message saying that that I think he had misunderstood me and was on my way to drop off the car. When I got there 15 minutes later, he had several cars lined up to work on and said «you said you would reschedule; I can’t do your car because I took a walk-​in» BS! I told him that I DID NOT say I wanted to reschedule. He told me to leave. After telling him what a lousy way that was to run a business, he came back with «what can I tell you». I’m sure I’m not the first person he’s pulled this trick on, so beware of your dealings with this mentally challenged rude man.

Fred is awesome! Took the time to explain options for my car with me and when I went to pick it up, it looks showroom new (it is 7 years old). Can’t say enough about this place and all the other Unilocal reviews are true. Don’t go anywhere else.

I normally don’t write reviews but after coming here I had to write one. This was the first detail place I ever went to. I decided to go here from quincy because of the reviews on Unilocal and Fred did not disappoint. I got the exterior package and my car looked better than it was when I first bought it from the dealer. My car wasn’t perfect but that’s not what detailing is all about. It’s about making your car look better and protecting your vehicle. There were minor things that could have been better such as cleaning up water streaks on my windows and mirrors but it was so minor I didn’t even care because I do detailing myself and know how difficult getting glass streak free is. Nevertheless Fred met all my expectations. Would come back again.

We just moved here from Chicago and saw the great reviews, so we figured we’d give it a shot. They did an incredible job! The previous owner smoked and the car smelled like it, but we just lived with it. He did some sort of an ozone treatment and the smell was gone! He also did a buffing on the outside and many of the minor scratches came out. I actually didn’t recognize the car when I saw it. We did the full package and it was worth every penny!

I’ve had my car (s) done at several different detailing shops over the years and I have to say that Fred and AAD are simply the best! Auto detailing is hard work and Fred brings a great attitude toward customer satisfaction coupled with an amazing attention to detail and tremendous skill to the task.
I recently brought a 3-​week-​old car to him to have the paint clayed, polished and a long-​lasting sealant applied and he did an outstanding job. As Fred said, when it was done the paint looked like a «black mirror»! Highest possible recommendation and I will be telling everyone I know.

After driving cross country (from California to Massachusetts) with my husband and our 2.5 year old German Shepherd, my SUV needed some desperate TLC. I called to schedule an appointment and was told I could bring it in the next hour! Wow! Super happy I didn’t have to wait a week like most other places.
I dropped my SUV off with Mike for a few hours and he was great at keeping me updated about the status of my SUV. When I finally came to pick it up, WOW, it was shining again. He cleaned it so well that I was able to see the each tiny damage on my front bumper (from rock chips while driving cross country) without all the bug splatters. The interior was super clean and there was barely any dog hair left, and my fellow dog owners feel my pain on how hard it is to get dog hair out of your car!
Mike was super friendly, super attentive, and provided A+ service AND customer service.
I will definitely be taking my SUV back here for its routine wax jobs and I DEFINITELY recommend this place to ANYONE looking for a stellar job on their vehicle.

My car hasn’t looked this good since I drove it off the lot. Well worth the money — I’ll definitely go back!
Tip: I scheduled my April detail in mid-​March before they were open for the season and got 10% (or maybe 15, can’t remember now) off the service.

Great service. Totally worth the money. My car was cleaned and polished and as good as new. One less star, because I have a convertible and I was hoping they would get into the nooks and crannies that are exposed when the top is down. Nevertheless, they work they did do was great.

Wow. Not much to say here other than the fact that he did an amazing job… my car had light scratches all over it due to living in the city and the vagaries of New England weather, and it looks nearly new after getting it back. I may need new sunglasses to handle the shininess.
Great guy to deal with, didn’t try to upsell me beyond what needed to be done, very thorough and meticulous attention to detail. Hands-​down I’m sending everyone I know to him to get their vehicles done right.

If you ever an annoying scratch that you’re tired of looking at or if you just absolutely hate to wax your own car then this is the place for you.
The owner/​operator Fred does an amazing job and since he does all of the work himself you don’t have to worry about exactly who will be climbing inside of your car. The website lists all of the pricing (much less than you’d pay at a dealer) and there were no hidden costs or surprise fees.
