I take my e90 m3 here on a regular basis for fluid changes and the other maintenance that it regularly requires. Their rates are reasonable, Rob more often talks me out of upgrades than into them, and his shop does good work. It’s a great place to take an out of warranty BMW.

Great shop. I first started going here earlier this year after I bought a neglected, 15-​year old e46 (not a logical purchase). Needless to say, Rob has gotten me out of more than one jam, and working with him over the past 5 months I’ve now got a great driver’s car that puts a smile on my face during my soul-​crushing commute and hasn’t cleaned out my wallet. They know their stuff and I am consistently impressed with their professionalism and can-​do attitude.

Great Place for your BMW Repairs!
Took my 07 X3 there after many many trips to the dealer for the same issue, Rob was able to diagnose it and repair it right away. He gives you his honest opinion and performs only the work that needs to be done. I would highly recommend this place to other BMW owners.

The only shop around I’ll take my E30 into for service. Rob is a professional, and he knows his stuff. I’m a big supporter of independent shops, and boy am I glad I found this one. I’ve been going here for a few years now and they’ve got me as a customer for good (so long as I stay in BMWs, and let’s face it, I’m hooked). Fair prices, great work, excellent communication with customers, and an attention to detail that I very much appreciate. A clean, well-​stocked shop and a loaner car policy that is simply unmatched anywhere. If your Bimmer needs service, you really need to make an appointment here.

These guys are awesome! I brought my 3 Series for a vibration issue and they narrowed it down and got it straighten out in no time. Reasonable prices too! I can only recommend Boston Motor Werks to everybody who’s looking for an true alternative to the overpriced and sometimes pretty arrogant New England BMW dealerships. Looking forward to do business with them again someday.

So, let me start off by saying that I love my 3 series, but I hate dealing with car maintenance and/​or issues. I want to just get in, drive and not think about anything. ADA has been a life saver! He does great work on my car and always accurately diagnoses and resolves any issues that arise. Did I mention competitive pricing??? (What I went through before finding him is a completely separate story and review.) My dad also started taking his 7 series to them and loves these guys. Thus, I can say with confidence that Boston Motor Werks is my # 1 choice for my BMW repair and maintenance.

I took my «new to me» BMW wagon to Robert at Boston Motor Werks for an oil change and a general look over since I am new to BMW’s.
Robert was unbelievable… My wagon needed a lot of work (which I was aware of when I bought the car) and he showed me where, why and when I should get it taken care of (since I couldn’t afford it all at once).
They gave me a loaner car and called me the second my repairs were done (which was way quicker than anticipated).
I was initially afraid of the maintenance aspects of owning a BMW… But Boston motor werks has completely eased my worries!
