Jeff the owner came to my house in Hillsborough to discuss changing the old garage door opener since it’s not working right.
They came on time, but somehow
afterwards I found out the garage door still not function right.
He explained to me it was the problem with the old wiring since it is an older house.
No complain, no extra charge to put new wires.
My old door is heavy, I was worried, but he didn’t push me to get a new one.
Eric was pleasant every time.

I would highly recommend, Econo-​Doormasters …The garage door company that I purchased my door from several years ago, was no longer in business. My dilemma, was I needed to get new grid inserts, for the windows. I called the Better Business Bureau, and they referred me to, Econo-Doormaster’s. Because they have an A+ rating and I live in Belmont. Jeff, was incredible… I brought one of the old grids in and he was able to match up the appropriate size and help me pick out the style that would match perfect with the rest of my house. I ordered four grids and receive them the next day, amazing… I received outstanding service and they were reasonably priced too.

I just had my garage door replaced by Econo-​Doormasters. Would highly recommend. I picked a not very expensive door which they helped me to choose but it still looks really nice and more important for my issue (rats were getting in!), seals perfectly. I was having problems with my garage doors. These doors slide and are unique to eichler homes. I thought I would have to replace the two old motors and screwdrive. To all new equipment. Glenn is a magician. The doors work perfect now after his adjustments. The motors no longer sound like they are pulling 5 tons and are almost whisper quiet. All in under two hours and for about 200.00 instead of 3 to 5k for replacements right now. You guys are amazing and thank you very much.

The spring broke on my garage door and gave Econo-​Doormasters a call. The quote was reasonable and scheduled an appointment the next day. Jeff arrived well within the time window given and finished the replacement in about 30 minutes. He was very pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

These guys are the best! They always return calls when I leave a message and are helpful and friendly on the phone. They have appointments when I need them and are always on time. Their work is great and their prices are definitely fair with no games trying to add to the bill after they get there like a plumber did to me recently. They quote a price and stick to it. I have had them replace a complete garage door opener system as well as do a spring replacement. I highly recommend them if you need help with your garage door.

This guys are great. I had an excellent purchase and installation experience several years back. Recently I called in to schedule a service call and they were able to diagnose the problem over the phone and provide me to a simple fix that I could implement myself. I’ve only had positive experiences with Econo-​Doormasters and only wish that I had more garage doors in my house so I could use them more often.

Our door opener broke over the weekend. Called Monday morning and they quickly responded and fixed a broken spring by that afternoon. Kept us informed as to arrival and did repairs quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Jeff and his Econo Door Masters team installed a new garage in our house in Redwood City.
The team arrived on time and completed the entire installation in about 31⁄2 hours.
They included removing the «30 year old «model T» wooden door at no extra charge.
The door operation is very quiet which indicates the tracks and rollers are perfectly aligned.

They came out today to fix both of my broken garage doors. Only charged me for one as they had been out to fix the other one back in February. They also did a complete tune up free of charge. Great service and right on time!

We have used Econo-​Doormasters whenever needed for 30 years and we will continue to. They are excellent.
Last week, our garage door opener died. It’s more than 20 years old. I arranged with Econo-​Doormasters to install a new one. They came out the next day. Within minutes, Eric replaced the failed part in our existing door opener for ¼ the cost of a new one and we were all set!
When our old garage door opener finally gives up the ghost, we will definitely have Econo-​Doormasters install a new one.

Bought door before 6 yrs ago n in good shape still but i wish they had modern styles as other new homes built at that time had better looking garage doors.
Now i m stuck with this for long long time. Which in a way is good thing as it’s good quality.

The spring broke on my garage door and needed to be replaced. I called Econo-​Doormasters and they were very prompt and courteous. They were flexible with my schedule and arrived on time. They fixed the springs and made sure the door was in serviceable condition before they left. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.

they installed a new Delton garage door and a new LiftMaster 8355 opener. The quality of door is excellent. However, the opener gave a lot of bounces on the center track connected to the opener when opening and closing the door. I complained to Richard and he sent couple guys over to inspect. Finally they replaced the opener with the LiftMaster 8550, a battery drive and backup opener. The bounces and vibrations on the rail were gone and it is working very smooth and much quieter. The company is very responsive and Richard is very friendly.

Had these guys install a new opener 13 years ago. Not one problem since. The main spring finally broke, leaving my car stuck in the garage.
Called and Micah answered. He apologized for not being able to come out that day. Gave me a two-​hour window for the following day and called when he was on his way.
He managed to get my door open so I could move my car. ½ hour later, the job was done. Amazing service and reasonable prices.

Econo-​Doormasters installed a 1⁄3 HP garage door opener for us 20 years ago, and it finally failed as a consequence of an unrelated electrical failure. We got the electrical issue resolved by an electrician who offered that if I bought an opener at Home Depot, he’s install it for $ 300 to $ 400. He said the whole thing would be about $ 700.
I called Econo-​Doormasters to look things over. Micah, the tech, was very prompt and polite, and attempted to replace a capacitor and repair the old opener. But it did not work and he recommended not replacing the motor for a opener that old. Since the switch was also unreliable, I opted for a new door. Econo-​Doormasters offered to replace the entire thing with a new ½HP motor, new switch and wiring, new sensors, and new remote for just $ 359, parts and labor!
So they took a credit card for a deposit, and after the unit arrived, they installed it promptly and perfectly. Micah even re-​programmed the remote in my car!
I very highly recommend Micah and Econo-​Doormasters.
