Specialties
At J & J’s Yolk & Co we specialize in delicious breakfast classics. Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, Eggs Blackstone, Irish Benedict, and Lobster Benedict made just how you like it! We serve numerous omelets ranging from an American Cheese Omelette to a Buffalo Chicken Omelette and everything in between. Our specialty pancakes are Pumpkin Nut, but we also have buttermilk pancakes. You can add Blueberries, Chocolate Chips or Bananas to any of our pancakes!
We also serve lunch! Try one of our excellent wraps, clubs, or Reubens.
History
Established in 2012.
The owners, Jayson Leonard (32) and Jen Leonard (27), have worked in breakfast restaurants since they were 14 and 15 years old. They started off at The Eggshell in Loudon and then moved to the busier, faster paced Circle Restaurant in Epsom. After years of gaining experience and knowledge of restaurants, they decided to open J & J’s Yolk & Co.

Business Owner
Jayson and Jennifer opened this establishment in August of 2012. Originally The Broken Yolk, they changed the name to J & J’s Yolk and Co in April of 2013.
Jayson and Jen both worked for The Eggshell out of Loudon since they were 14 and 15 years old. Over the years they learned all the skills necessary to run a restaurant. They also worked at the sister restaurant of the Eggshell, the Circle Restaurant. After gaining experience and wanting to move on, they decided that it was time to try their hand in their own restaurant. So they opened J & J’s Yolk & Co.
They currently work together every day in the kitchen to ensure that the food always meets their high standards.
