NGC Computers

This guy cannot fix anything and he’s abusive angry and belligerent. I brought my computer to him and he kept saying that it was broken because I let it go to sleep. Turns out it had a broken motherboard but this was after he charged me $ 200 and had my computer no less than five times. When I finally brought it to Micro Center in Cambridge they diagnosed it immediately and fixed my computer. When. I called NGC to ask for my money back, he screamed into the phone, «it’s your fault you’re not getting your money back!» A few days later I went into his place to try to talk nicely and diplomatically and even ask for 50 bucks out of the $ 200 back because I know he did try. He screamed at me on the sidewalk called me a racist and told me he was going to turn me into Microsoft. He is crazy and cannot fix a thing. Do not bring your computer here!

I wish I had read all the bad reviews online and had been aware of the 2 outstanding complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau BEFORE I took him my computer to fix. This man not only was incredibly rude, but was a big liar. He promised to fix my computer in 5 days, and after five WEEKS he still had not completed the work. In fact, it looks like he broke it further while in the process of trying to fix it. I was so fed up with his lies, including changing the diagnosis for the problem 3 times, that I demanded he return my computer right away. He refused to give it back, and I had to bring a police man into the store with me in order to finally get him to return it. I strongly discourage you from doing any business with this place, but if I have not already convinced you otherwise, I will also warn you that he frequently does not open on time (e.g., sometimes 1 – 2 hours later than his posted opening time), so I would call ahead!
