Completely useless. Worse than useless in the sense that this is not really a «Sprint» store, it’s just a «Sprint» franchise or whatever — point is — useless.

This review is for the assistant manager that helped set up my service with Sprint. She was very professional, helped me understand all my options and was quick in delivering customer service. I don’t personally like the carrier Sprint but my overall experience with the assistant manager was great. Thank you!

Can I give them no stars? Can I just fire everyone who has ever worked here? Because every time I come in here the employees suck. They either don’t know what the hell they’re talking about, don’t know the phone specks or don’t even know where they are. They are the least helpful people I have ever come across. Literally have never experienced such horrible customer service. SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT PROVIDER. HIRE PEOPLE WITH A FUCKING BRAIN AND GOOD ATTITUDE. HIRE SOMEONE THAT CAN ACTUALLY HELP ME LEAVE FEELING ACCOMPLISHED. Thank you sprint for once again making me hate you.

I don’t know how this store gets any sales or keeps their numbers up with the type of customer service I had from this location. I walk into the store and it’s empty… and the employees just stare at me as if I was interrupting their conversation… uh ok… then I ask if anyone can help me with a device I would like to add to an existing plan… right away without even looking at it, or checking it’s compatibly, the «store manager» says no we can’t. Then a sales rep attempts to look at and try to call someone, because apparently no one has any type of answers here at the store. I don’t even care if they could or could not hook it up… but some friendliness, good communication skills, suggestions, customer advice… ANYTHING would have been greatly appreciated. These people either hate their job or have very limited education and training on what type of field they are in because they are very bad at customer service.

The customer service is way below level. I came in today & the woman couldn’t even tell me how to get better wi-​fi in our home thru our cells. What do I need to do??? I pay $ 100 for a family plan which includes 2 lines. Our wi-​fi sucks!

This Sprint store is the best one on the Peninsula. Not a lot of people so you don’t wait. The longest I’ve waited is 5 minutes. I went in a month ago to purchase a new phone because my other phone’s screen cracked and went black. I wanted to download my pics, but they couldn’t do it. However, they gave me a name to a place that could. Next, the guy reviewed my plan and told me I could save more money by switching to a different plan. I’m now saving $ 20 a month! Plus he saved me the activation fee of my new phone by asking if I was part of a credit union. Super helpful! Would have never gotten the time and care at the other bigger store in San Mateo.

I was having MULTIPLE problems with my Galaxy S5… Andrew Mendez was the technician who helped me… I was immediately impressed by him… he ended up working on it for a bit then came up to me and told me he was going to order me a new phone. I was obviously pleased because I assumed I would get a refurbished one if any at all. So Five Stars to you Andrew and thanks again for the impeccable service! Hey Sprint… hire more people like him! :-) TCP

I was in the Ralston Ave Sprint Store last weekend wanting to do a couple different transactions with my account. I was pleasantly greeted and helped right away (unlike the SM El Camino store who doesn’t have enough help) by Junior Feliz who was my associate and he gave my son and I very good service. He and Jonathon Contreras were beyond helpful and patient with all my questions and things I needed to do that day for my phone service. I highly recommend this location and the associates who were beyond helpful and patient. The service was awesome! I’ll be coming here from now on.

Do not expect same level of service as Sprint store. You can only return at this store. If product is defected, you will be on your own!

Sprint sucks! And so does this store. A couple of months ago I got a txt message that I would get a free iPhone 5… To sum it up they failed to give me proper information and at the end of the transaction told me I would have to pay activation fee $ 40 per line and we had 3 phones in the acct. the sales guy proceed to say that I could call it in to have it removed. After spending hours in the phone, talking to 5 people and being pushed around even from the store to the customer service over the phone they credited some of the fee but not the late fees it had caused and so on…
BE AWARE of their tricks !
Get things in writing because they don’t honor what they say!

How often can you come into a cellphone carrier store and be greeted, seated and quickly attended by friendly staff? Here, is the answer! I came to this location for answers to some technical questions I had and sure enough the employees were very helpful and very knowledgable about all products and services! This location may have slightly been out of my way, but it’s totally worth the trip!

While I initially had a positive experience with the CSR’s at this place, in the end my rebate was denied because this store is not a corporate store and apparently they do not give customers pertinent information. In my particular situation, I have 3 lines and I wanted to buy a new phone, but my number was not ready for an upgrade. I used one of the lines that was ready for an upgrade for my line. What the store failed to tell me is that I would have to use the new phone on the phone line that’s ready for the upgrade for 30 days in order to receive a rebate. I didn’t find out until my rebate was denied and I had to call Sprint directly to find out what happened.
Next time I will be going to a Sprint Corporate store.

By far the best experience I have had in a cellular phone store! After terrible on line and phone service I went into the store and Kevin was able to help me get in and get out with top service. He was knowledgeable and efficient and professional and just plain nice! I will only go here from this moment forward! Without him even knowing he brought me back as a customer when I was ready to switch vendors. I hope Sprint knows what a great employee they have!

Best sprint store I’ve been to. Great customer service. They went above and beyond their service, even writing the envelope for the rebate offer and adding the new phone numbers from the old phone without us even asking about it. I’ve been to the San mateo and RWC branches and this is far better. My mom left extremely happy with her new phone.

Came in last Friday night to finally use my upgrade. I had a «dinosaur» phone! Ok the optimus isn’t that old but still, it had to go.
I upgraded to a clean white Galaxy S II and I could not be happier. The gentlemen that helped me, spent 2 hours giving me a tutorial. I am not phone savvy at all, so this tutorial was much needed!
He hooked it up with a super nice case and screen cover too. Other customers came in and out through out the evening… he was able to balance my time with theirs so that we all were satisfied happy customers.
If you are looking for great customer service and committed employees… this Sprint is where you go!

This space actually used to be a bank, and they covered the vault with a wall. I hear they maybe exposing that again. I rarely like to walk into cell phone stores but sometimes you gotta get last minute stuff. We needed a wifi hotspot and decided to get the the new 4GLTE Sierra wireless card. Came in spotted what we wanted. The sales guys got the inventory, filled out our forms and got us on our way plus a rebate. Can’t argue the fact that they are fairly efficient here, dont try and upsell when you know what you want and since it’s new, fairly un crowded

I came into this branch for the 1^st time today & all I can say is the David the tech was awesome! He took care of my phone issue in a very proffessional manor.
Without making me feel stupid .LOl since i’m not an IT person. I’ve owned my droid since march and im still learning stuff.
But I wanted to send a BIG SHOUT out to DAVID.

I’ve been a Sprint customer over 10 years and usually go to the San Mateo store but was tired of the long waits and rushed service I’ve experienced in the past. When ready to upgrade my phone, I decided to try the new Belmont location that opened in December. Great choice! I was helped immediately by May, the store manager. Not only did she help choose the best phone for me, she spent over an hour afterwards going through all the bells and whistles of the new phone and switching over contacts and other information. She also helped my husband with issues he was having on his existing phone. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Great experience and, even though I live in SM, it is worth the 5 minute drive down El Camino to the Belmont store.
