We have nothing but praise for this old fashioned motel. Clean, accommodating, and the price is right. College and military pricing. Great on site diner with a better breakfast than you will find in most hotels.
Rooms on the interior courtyard are very quiet, but even the ‘highway’ side is far enough away that you don’t notice the traffic. Campus is less than 10 minutes away.
We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Unless we were looking to pay luxury prices, which we aren’t.

Our family was in Beloit for my son’s college graduation, and we stayed overnight at the Rodeway Inn. It’s not super new or super fancy, but it’s a super great place to stay, well kept and maintained, and the Rodeway management is very, very nice and accommodating. The room costs are very reasonable, and clean. The beds are firm and clean. The bathrooms are clean. The shower is clean and the water pressure is great. The air conditioning kept us as cool as we desired. There is a restaurant and bar in the Inn. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, and the food and service were excellent, and the prices are more than reasonable. It was quiet as well. I’d go back to the Rodeway Inn and eat at their restaurant again without question.

This hotel looks a bit scary, I admit, us as human beings are a judgemental group, this hotel is inexpensive, staff is super sweet, and very accommodating. They checked us in early, the building itself is old, yes, but theres a bed, a shower, and restaurant /​bar all in one tidy area.
What more could a traveler on a budget ask for…
Theres truck parking in the rear as well as a truck stop and a walmart within walking distance… different restaurants in the area so you have options other than traveling food but I do recommend the road dog restaurant… the pie! The pie is homemade by a woman who apparently is a mad scientists of deliciousness. Ive sampled a whipped pumpkin pie and a strawberry rubarb all amazing. So pie, a warm bed, and clean shower… I call this all a big win in my book.

Not bad! Room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but it seems well maintained for an older motel. Had a room that opened on to the courtyard and the only drawback was that we are out for the evening and get back after 2 AM and available parking was a tad of a walk, but not worth fretting about. I would come back.
