Stevie’s Red Hot Wienies specializes in making the finest Chicago Style hot dogs, using Vienna brand all beef franks in natural casings so you get that «snap» whenever you bite into it. We also use the freshest ingredients, starting with freshly chopped onions, red ripe tomatoes, pickle spears and sport peppers. Add mustard and some celery salt and you have a true Chicago classic. All nestled in a steamed poppy seed bun combine to give your mouth an explosion of flavors. Come on down next week and try a chicago style hot dog, I promisa ya, you’re gonna love it!

History

Established in 2009.

Stevies Red Hot Wienies was born in December of 2009, the by-​product of watching a program on the Travel Channel called Hot Dog Paradise. I decided to pursue my dream and so here I am! Being from Chicago I decided to introduce the Central Texas area to the most famous hot dog around, the Chicago Style hot dog.

Stevie’s Red Hot Wienies is family-​owned and operated right here in Belton, Tx. Since our company opened in 2009, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch.

Originally from Chicago, I’ve been living in Belton, Texas for most of my life. Graduated from Belton High School in 1978. Spent 8 years in the military and am a Persian Gulf War veteran. Been working at Scott & White Memorial Hospital for the last 6 years. Built my hot dog cart in 2009 and have been serving up the best Chicago style hot dogs in the Belton, Temple area ever since!
