Love love love my tomato and cheese panini! However I hate ordering drinks here, they always take so long.

I’m not sure what has been going on here lately, but the last half dozen times I’ve been there, it’s been super dirty. The entrance and parking lot have been extremely filthy. I should have taken a picture today. I even saw a mouse running in the parking lot :-(. Inside has been similar, the coffee area has been filthy on more than one occasion. I live down the street from this location, and it never used to look like this. Not sure if it’s lack of management, short staffed, but it’s awful. Please get this place together. However, the staff is always nice.

Gas and Hoagies. And, on occasion, a donut. But, just those first two reasons alone are why I frequent Wawa. Their subs (or, hoagies) are reasonably priced and you get way more substance than the more mainstream sandwich shops. Not to mention, the bread is very good! My favorite is the Classic sub with honey turkey and sweet peppers. When you go in, there is a self-​serve kiosk where customers can order their food, which will most likely be a sandwich because they’re awesome. You customize your order on the kiosk, it prints out a ticket and you take it to the cashier to pay. Then, return to wait for your order. It can get pretty busy at this location because it seems to be a stop for truck drivers and construction workers and they sometimes are there in large groups. So, there may be a wait depending on time of day.
As far as gas, it is one of the cheapest spots in the area. If you have a Costco membership, they will probably be cheaper up the street. Due to Wawa’s cheaper price, the gas pumps can fill up with cars quickly and you may have to wait a few minutes to pump your gas. But, this can be your time to hop in and get a great hoagie or donut! :) And, on most days, the staff are very nice and friendly!

Decided to go to Wawa after leaving Costco which is down the road. I ordered the classic Italian hoagie and a medium size mac & cheese, Both were great! This will be my spot this spring/​summer when its hot outside and I want a nice cold sub.

What’s not to love about Wawa? 24 hour service and an awesome selection of hot/​cold beverages, ready-​to-​eat meals and snacks. The staff here is super friendly and just awesome in general. For a gas station/​convenience store, it’s pretty top-​notch at Wawa. I am obsessed with their Horseradish, Roast Beef & Fontina panini. Plus, they just got a Coca-​Cola Freestyle machine. Love it!

I love Wawa but this location is awful. First off, you almost get in a collision just buy pulling into the parking lot because it’s always so busy here. Also, they’re always out of ingredients for subs which means if you’re hoping to get your favorite sandwich, you won’t get it here.

The gas pump worked as expected. They had the lowest price on the block today, and I like that they don’t put a cash price on the big board — same price for credit with no sneakyness. I’ve used WaWa’s on road trips and found them to be reasonably priced friendly git ‘n’ go stops.

They’re making subs and the bread was done the whole time I was in line paying for gas, they were too busy making subs to turn off the beeper.

I’m admittedly a Sheetz person, but Wawa gives Sheetz a run for their money. The gas here is typically cheaper than everywhere in NE Prince George’s County (with the exception of the Costco down the street). But my favorite thing about Wawa is not the cheap gas. It is how amazing the hoagies are. This is where Wawa is better than Sheetz, in my humble opinion. The hoagies are custom-​made, and are absolutely delicious.
I still like Sheetz more than Wawa because the non-​hoagie MTO items at Sheetz are simply better. The convenience store portion of the Wawa is also a little overpriced. It’s $ 1.89 for a pop that is $ 1.79 at 7-​Eleven — I notice these things.
I’ve also never had a complaint about the employees here.

How can I NOT give any Wawa 5-​stars?! Really…
Well this place is my kinda Wawa. All the good stuff is here. Pretzels are good. Zapp’s potato chips, Wawa drinks including coffee. They make hoagies with Old Bay. They have a lottery vending machine. Parking is on both sides of the place but the back-​end entry is locked late at night. Cops come here all the time so figure to be safe. You can buy gas and it’s open 24-​hrs. People who work there are cool too. Always hook up my hoagie and are pleasant about it. Can you feel the Love in this post?

Without question, the cheapest gas in the area! And the food they serve inside is really good, too. And the staff is very polite and courteous.

I’ve never met a Wawa I didn’t love. My friends and I came here to pick up some sandwiches and snacks to tailgate the Rutgers/​UMD football game over Thanksgiving weekend. The service was great and the food was as consistent as I remember it. I wish there were more Wawa’s near DC, but this will have to do. Hopefully I’ll get to come by again soon!

I have been going to this wawa since the very day it was open about an year and half ago. I haven given pretty decent reviews for this place before. But today 10−29−14 Wednesday I have had a very bad experience with the staff. Me and my parents went there as usual I n the morning for coffee and sandwich. The breakfast sandwiches were ran out at the cashiers. My dad asked one of the staff to give him 2 of those sandwiches and he told the staff they were out. When ever the sandwiches are out we usually let them know and they make’em in few minutes and give it us and we take it to the cashiers and pay. Today this one girl told my dad and me she won’t give us the sandwiches unless we pay and show her the receipt. I asked her why is that? We did is so many times whenever they ran out at the front. And we were in hurry to go in the morning too. She kept insisted she won’t give us unless we pay first. I told her we don’t have the sandwich for the cashier to scan so what am I suppose to show them to scan and to pay. I asked for her manager.
Then a manager trainee called VICTORIA came to me. Told her the situation and she kept told me the same thing that we have to pay first. I told her the same thing what we gonna show to pay? my mom had an Indian out fit at the time. The Manager Trainee VICTORIA had a very obvious negative attitude while she was talking to us. She told me PEOPLE USUALLY WITH WEIRD OUT FITS AND LOOKS COME IN OUR STORE AND STEAL AND ESPECIALLY THEY STEAL THESE SANDWICHES THE MOST. So THE MANAGER TRAINEE VICTORIA THOUGHT JUST BECAUSE MY MOM HAD INDIAN OUT FIT AND WE ARE INDIANS SHE SUSPECT US OF POSSIBLY WONT PAY AND STEAL HER SANDWICH. She disrespected my parents. She could’ve gave us a different reason or handled it in a more professional way. I DOUBT IF WAWA CORPORATE Train their staff to treat it’s loyal customers like this. Every staff at the store know us since they opened at Betsville, MD. So we are regular customers still the staff discriminated us bad.

.as I’ve been standing here waiting for 10 mins on a caramel macchiato I figured I’d clown this place for taking forever everyday to make a drink. Id never come here but my shop is a minute away… Slow slow slow

Man I was overjoyed when I found this Wawa by my work about a year ago. I have fond memories of Wawa from college in Philadelphia when we often made sandwich runs. *ahem* We made a lot of sandwich runs.
Soooo… I eat a super clean diet now (paleo + ketogenic + gluten free, etc) and thus can’t eat any of their food or drink any of their coffees anymore. (processed foods = no bueno). But for gas station food or even fast food in general or generally for someone on a Standard American Diet or someone on a road trip — Wawa is awesome. Everything is made to order and they make it in front of you. I used to love their cheese steaks, breakfast sandwiches, mac and cheese, soft pretzels, meatball subs, and their espresso drinks. Oh and their Italian hoagie is TO. DIE. FOR! From what I remember from college — their Italian hoagie rivals anything you would get from a gourmet deli in DC.
Their coffee is just as good or better than Starbucks for half the price, and they have about a bajillion different kinds of flavored coffees and creamers. I think their coffee is cheaper than brewing your own coffee, and it’s always fresh. For awhile, I was stopping by every day on my way to work to get coffee… which turned into a disaster when I found out their espresso drinks were pretty cheap as well. Because then I started getting chocolate lattes everyday… trouble.
I think everyone else in a 5 mile radius has the same idea because it’s always crowded. (Don’t worry about the crowds though — the layout is good and the food ordering system is easy and quick so it’s easy to get in and out, and the cashiers move the crowds through very quickly).
The gas is cheap too, they have a lot of stations, and the cashiers and foodmakers are super super nice. They also have a free ATM — how awesome is that?
I would say that Wawa is the Ruth’s Chris of gas stations, with Sheetz a close second. I mean 7 – 11 is nasty and sketchy as shit, and I would rate it as a 2. I avoid it like the plague. Wawa I rate as a 10; I always love going in one. They’ve totally elevated the whole gas station experience.

I love Wawa and the cappuccino is awesome. I always stop and get one when I’m near one. Now they have new flavors. Be sure to grab the s’more flavor.

My husband and I wanted to grab some breakfast while in Laurel, so I logged onto my computer and went right to Unilocal to find a good spot. I was a little surprised when Wawa came up, it being a gas station and all. After I read the reviews, however, I was intrigued, so I told my husband about it, and we proceeded to check it out.
We rolled up on the station and, as noted in others’ reviews, the place was jumping! My husband and I also needed some gas. Although almost every pump was occupied, we didn’t have to wait long before another pump became available. After we got gas, we went inside, and the place was bright, spacious, clean and well stocked along with a full deli in the back! It was like nothing we had seen before in other gas stations/​convenience stores!
We grabbed some hot breakfast sandwiches, and I also got a cream cheese pretzel and chocolate caramel latte. The stations at the deli where you input your own food and drink orders are genius! Makes everything go so much faster! Let me add that that latte was one of the better ones I’ve tasted in a long time, and the cream cheese pretzel and sandwich were also very tasty. The associate who made my drink order was so polite and friendly, as were the associates at the registers. I have nothing bad to write about my experience at Wawa at all! We will definitely be going back! :)

Best meatballs in town! Their sandwiches are pretty good too. I wish I didn’t live so far… My friend cleans out their meatball section every time he goes and brings it back for me.

OK, let me start by saying: I am a Wawa convert. I’ve used various convenience stores over the years, from 7 – 11 to Sheetz, but I will stand by a Wawa any day. What is it about Wawa that makes it great? Perhaps its the food, which may be a little more expensive than some stores but the quality and variety is worth it. Maybe its the staff, who are rarely the typical careless and apathetic people standing behind a register. Whatever it is, Wawa makes your quick stop for some lunch or gas far better than you expect from convenience stores.
Now, why do I give Beltsville Wawa 5-​stars? Mostly because its the only Wawa within 10 miles of where I work. :P Also, being one of the newer Wawa, they’ve put extra care into management and customer service. Beltsville is one of the biggest commercial and industrial areas and, when someplace sucks, every office and warehouse hears about it. Well, this place does NOT suck and I have enjoyed every visit here.
As a note, if you want a hot lunch during the work week, come ~before~ 11:30 or ~after~ 1:30… otherwise you may have to stand around in the crowd, waiting for your order. It’s not long (probably about 5 – 10 minutes) but can be frustrating for those in a rush. Still, it’s worth it… mmmmm, Wawa Gobbler.

I always like a good Wawa… and anytime that one breaks its way closer to the Beltway is a pleasure indeed.
Plenty of pumps, plenty of cheaper gas, and plenty of good food, this one doesn’t disappoint. Situated next to the McDonald’s on Baltimore Avenue, this is going to be a good competitor to McD’s and hopefully can bring their quality of service up as folks start to peel off to the other cheap chow that Wawa has to offer.
Gotta love the peanut butter and apple cups. Mmmm…
