We are a community group of practitioners who are dedicated to our work and believe life is lived best with vibrant health, joy, love, laughter and a big sense of humor & community. We offer many treatment options which includes; Massage, Acupuncture, Yoga, facials & Waxing.

Located in beautiful downtown Tiburon by the Sea. Certified by Marin County as a green building. Massage, Acupuncture, Boutique Yoga classes, semi-​private and private sessions available. We also offer facials, waxing, tinting, and workshops.

After years of being in the nursing profession Mary suffered an severe illness due to her work environment. For this reason she constructed her Yoga studio to be a green building. Mary has been working in Marin County as a massage therapist since 1998. She promotes healthy alternatives and lifestyles.

I had the most lovely facial, by Sally Marie Amore. Her treatment of my skin was as lovely, feminine and nurturing as her name is; it felt like a symphony of soothing product and touch. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

This place is a jem. I was lucky enough to find them as I had terrible neck and back pain while in town for a wedding. I was able to see both Mary and Lisa (?) the acupuncturist and tuina practitioner. As I massage therapist myself, I have very high standards when I get bodywork. They were both very proficient in their fields and knew exactly how to address my problem areas. I was very impressed by their level of expertise and felt immediate relief. They were also incredibly accommodating to fit me in. The studio is lovely. Highly recommend!

Emergency massage!!! My husband and I came to Tiberon for a one night get away. This was our first getaway since having 2 children. We called very last minute on the way. Mary the owner immediately rearranged clients to get us both in for a much needed massage. Parents of a 2 year old and 2 month old we were exhausted. Everything hurt on me from my scalp to feet. Amazing service. Then the massages. As a former nurse Mary is the best of all. She did amazing work on my body using both heat and ice. She used many techniques I’ve never felt before. I left feeling like a million dollars. Thank you Mary. For my husband this was his first experience with massage and he loved it too. Highly recommend Tiberon Spa. Above and beyond service and amazing skills. Thanks again

Absolutely the best! I have been going to Tiburon Spa for massage, acupuncture and sometimes Yoga for five years. Healing hands, great people and a wonderful soothing atmosphere in the heart of Tiburon and Belvedere. It is a gift to have this great spa so close. My body thanks you for keeping me in balance over the years. If you are looking for healing, this is the place!

One of my friends highly recommended Tiburon Spa. I was reluctant to travel there, but it turned out to be a great experience — perhaps more so because it is located in Tiburon by-​the-​sea. The Spa is wonderful! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by a lovely woman proffering cucumber water, I felt welcomed, soothed and relaxed. Since then, I have utilized many of their services. I have worked with both Lisa and Louisa for extremely helpful acupuncture; Mary and Riesie for terrific massages, and Jeannine/​Mary, who lead excellent yoga classes. Each experience has been far more than I expected. Tiburon Spa is a great find and I have recommended it to friends who want to know why I look so relaxed!

I have had a lot of massages in my life, and I am VERY picky. Mary’s massage is one of the very best I have ever had! I went in with a specific issue, and not only did she address that and send me off with stretches I can do at home, but she also managed to completely relax me. Her nurturing touch is perfectly complimented by her practical approach and vast knowledge of body mechanics. I would highly recommend her massage to anyone. I wish I loved closer so I could go every week!!!

I have been going to Mary since she first hung out her shingle when she left her work as an orthopedic nurse in the local hospitals. I travel all over the world and have gotten massages from many who claim to be spectacular. None of them have ever come close to Mary. She heals the soul as well as the body with her sympathetic and empathetic nurturing style of massage. You can go to fancier spas with whirlpools and saunas but I believe you cannot end up feeling better than after you’ve experienced Mary’s work.

Indigo in Tiburon is fantastic. The Yoga classes are wonderful. Mary is a wonderful teacher. I have been to Mary for a message several times and she is extraordinary. Once I had wrenched my neck and was unable to move it, when I came out of the massage therapy session I was 90% improved. Recently I had a problem with my left leg which was a result of muscle strain. Again, Mary was able to stretch my body in the right places and the next day I was fine. Even when I don’t have a problem, a massage from Mary is relaxing and theraputic. I would highly recommend Indigo.

Wow. I just had an amazing massage from Mary. I have been having shoulder pain on and off for a while and the last three weeks have been pretty excruciating. Mary made time to take me in between appointments on a Sunday and uses a cool technique that is unlike any massage I ever had but actually made the pain go away. She combines bodywork, stretching, hot and cold packs, as well as her prior training as an orthopedic nurse. The studio is absolutely beautiful and Mary’s nurturing spirit and profound talent make this an extraordinary experience. I will be going back soon.
