Called and talked to Travis Hill when we were having septic problems, he was very professional and responsive to our problem. Worked our job in quickly and we are very appreciative of him and the company… thank you.

Hired them for septic pumping. One of the sons showed up and instantly diagnosed that in my complex system there is part of a tank that is not accessible and should be. Over the years none of the other companies have determined this, he knew exactly where to dig down and discovered an unopened compartment on one of my tanks and yes it needed pumping and cleaning badly having never been opened before. Good integrity, good service, good price. Will definitely use again.

Get it in writing if you use them at all, which I wont be doing again. Jeff quoted me one price over the phone. After the work was done, he said I needed to call his house and talk to his wife «If she picks ups» to arrange payment. After several unsuccessful attempts, I finally got a hold of her, and she said the price would be higher. When I argued that it was not the price I was quoted, she said, well that’s what we charge. Payed it just to be done with them.

We hired Jeff Hill & Sons to do grading on our property. They completed the job on time and were helpful with figuring out some of the Engineering snafu’s per our plans. Jeff takes a lot of pride in his work .
We noticed that there was something wrong with the grading as it looked like the soil was six inches off. My husband took some photos and shared them with Jeff, per Jeff’s request. He was asking Jeff to help him figure out what happened and to really determine who’s scope the work fell under, whether foundation or grading. Jeff got very upset, really quickly and started yelling and cursing at my husband. My husband and I were shocked as we wrote this company a very hefty check and had a decent relationship until this point. We simply needed his professional opinion and he felt that we were accusing him of something wrong. It is really unfortunate as we have a lot more grading work to be done and had originally thought we would hire Jeff Hill & Sons again but after Jeff’s very unprofessional treatment toward us, his yelling and cursing over the phone, there is no way we would move forward with them and nor would we recommend them to any of our friends or other contractor professionals.
Our experience would have been a 5-​star review if Jeff would have simply said «I’m not sure, let’s check it out» instead of yelling over the phone.

We recently hired Jeff Hill for a project at our home, and were more than satisfied with the results!!! He started the work when promised, and was there everyday until completion. He delivered even more than was agreed upon. He didn’t change the price that was set up in the contract, as other contractors are known to do. His sons are his employees, so he doesn’t hire random people out of the lumber yard for helpers. And he had all the proper credentials, including insurance, and workman’s comp, My husband is a retired contractor and knew what to expect in this project, and it definitely met his expectations. We recommend Jeff very highly, and will hire him ourselves for any future projects (although I’m hoping that there will be no future projects ha ha).

Jeff, his son Travis and Josh just completed work on a new Leach Field for my very large property. From bid time to actual construction and clean up, the experience was a pleasure.
I worked with Jeff last year to plan a down time when the work could be done. This year with a very small window in which to complete the work, I found his company to be honest and thorough. His timing and work with the county was on target. County inspections were conducted with Travis and Josh and went smoothly.
When I needed to change direction to protect landscape, Travis worked with Jeff to devise another routing which was less disruptive.
I highly recommend their work and would gladly act as a reference.
