Burger King is always a hit or miss depending on location and this one is a major miss. The guy at the drive through was rude and gave me my order with the bag all scrunched up. Other fast food joints will fold it over. It just looks nicer and makes the food feel more appealing. It also felt like he just wanted me out of there. If it was busy, fine but trust me it wasn’t. As for the burger, the bread tastes old and overall the while thing was cold. It also tasted funny and I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off so I ended up throwing my order away. You get the impression that this place is staffed by high schoolers who couldn’t care less on a good day and bored on a bad day.(Bored staff will come up with a myriad of ways to mess with your food.) So yeah, just don’t. There’s other fast food across the street and even chicken fries will not make this false king worth it.

This is the last time I deal with this place. Drive thru is always very slow but I just waited 15 minutes with one car in front of me and all I got was the same lame apology I get almost every time I go. At least chickfila gives you a coupon.

OMG… I am going to scream if I get one more sloppy made burger from this place. Who is back there making crap that looks nothing like what is being advertised? Does the manager at this location care about quality control at all?

ehh not sure about what jimmie is talking about but i like this place im happy when i come by and the service is just like any other fast food joint. the food is good if not great ive never ordered a meal and got shorted out on it. other than that i have no complaint on this place its fast and you get food nothing more nothing less just who doesnt love burger king? Tables were dirty, ketchup dispenser was empty, ice dispenser was empty, and workers were eating in the dining room. The assistant manager appeared to be the only one working and she was doing that mult-tasking that has gotten so annoying by talking to us and taking orders from the drive thru at the same time. We only go here because we miss the Whopper and this is almost the only place left in the Fort Worth area to get one.
