Victorian Quarters At Team Ranch

The landscape is very pretty and the outer complex is nice. The one bedroom that I rented did not look like the pictures on the webpage. I really didn’t complain because of the price. The price is not bad as the promotion was either $ 100 off each month or one month free rent. An issue that I had was the gate surrounding the property seemed to always be broken and stayed open. The other issues that really bothered me was communication. I would find that management (I will not name names) would not respond and seemed to busy. To me, that’s not good customer service. Also, parking after 6pm is very bad and good luck with finding parking spaces. If you’re on a budget, I would recommend the property, and if not, I would find somewhere else.

I have lived here for 2 years and have loved it. The property is beautiful and well kept up. Maintenance staff and courtesy officer are top notch. Bark park is fantastic, overall people are nice, and I always feel safe.
Of course the normal rising prices and inability to please all residents at all times issues happen, but that’s normal everywhere.
I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a nice, safe place to live.
Benbrook sounds like it’s far from things, but it’s just 10 – 15 minutes from just about everything!
