This is a disreputable company, stay away. They are trying to charge me $ 3200 to replace eleven year old carpet that was professionally cleaned. They have a ridiculous checklist when you leave which Isis every single item, left it much cleaner than when I took occupancy. They still charged me $ 400 for cleaning. They are dishonest and I would avoid at all costs. I have my own rental properties and I would never get away with this or treat good tenants like this.

We have had an excellent experience with Austin Property Management. Whenever I’ve had an issue, they’ve responded timely and professionally. In addition, all of the service people they have hired (heating, roofing, arborists and pest control) have been top-​notch. I’ve dealt with just about everyone in their office and they are all very nice and professional.

Am currently renting a house from Austin Prop. Management and they’ve been great. We have had a couple small issues and they’ve handled everything in a very nice and fair manner. I met Stephanie yesterday at the office and she was very helpful and respectful. Would recommend this company over others in the area I have rented through.
