Dr. Palacio is completely rude, abrasive, and condescending even outside of the office. My wife and I will never use this provider nor recommend him to anyone else.

The office of Dr. Palacio nurse and himself are rude. Suzanne the nurse flat out told me I was a hardship case. During the appointment which by the way was less than 15 minutes, I had questions about my hormones. Dr. Palacio informed me than I needed the Mirena IUD, of course he did. The Mirena is a GRAND minimum to put in your vagina. He is so rude he told me that I wasn’t listening to him during our appt. I was listening, I just had question’s. So, 2 weeks have gone and my test results are back from the lab(I called) they said the doctor would call me in between appt’s that was 4 days ago. I have to agree with Serah F. from 8⁄2011 this Dr. is flat out awful! DONTGOTHERE! They don“t give a rip!!! 1 star is 1 star too many.

Dr. Palacio is one of the worst doctors I’ve ever been too. His bedside manner was atrocious. After waiting weeks to see this guy I bring in all my information(a year of menstrual charts) and he doesn’t even want to see them. He put me down and treated me like an idiot and then couldn’t even write a correct prescription(or call the pharmacy to correct it). After 10 minutes(of him talking…) he «diagnosed» me with PCOS. He told me to take OPKs and I explained I hadn’t much luck with them and I didn’t think they were predicting my ovulation correctly. He then said«Serah, it says right on the box its 99% accurate» Yes it does Dr, and on the backside of the box it explains that it is not accurate for people with PCOS… so if that is what you think I have… then don’t put me down for saying the kits don’t work. I’ve never been more upset! Will not go back!!! WILLNOTGOBACK!

Yes, a review of am OB/GYN office from a man. My wife is due in early July with our first child and after some research this was the practice we chose. For the first many months of the pregnancy we saw their midwives, Jennifer and Jessica. Both are amazing, caring, and compassionate. Their approach to the pregnancy process was informed and wonderful. I would whole heartedly recommend them both. My wife had some issues with her pregnancy that dictated that we had to make a transition from the midwifes to a doctor. We chose Dr. Carlson and have been highly satisfied with him. My wife has some marginally high-risk issues for her pregnancy but wanted to try and have as natural of a delivery as possible. Given her issues many OB’s probably would have tried to push her into a c-section because it was what is easiest and most comfortable for them. Not Dr. Carlson. He listens to what we have to say, he makes good suggestions, he consults with others knowledgeable in our situation. He is a good guy who really does care about his patients and what they want in their pregnancy. Also, from a guys perspective, the practice has a fine selection of sports and general interest magazines in the lobby. While it is probably too much to ask for an LCDTV with ESPN on it, I am not stuck reading Women’s World magazine every time we go.
