Awesome bamboo floor! We needed a floor in our new home before the trucks arrived, they busted their butts getting it in. Great install, great floor. Very happy with the price and the service

We shopped around for carpet and eventually decided to buy carpet from these guys. Didn’t have any problems with the installation but the carpet that we were sold as being extremely stain resistant picked up stains if you even looked at it funny. Called Direct Flooring Center and they sent a guy out. He looked at the stains and said call the carpet manufacturer that Direct Flooring wouldn’t help us at all. They took no responsibility for the carpet that they sold. This company has a take the money and run attitude. We will never do business with them again.
