Dogs Ltd & Training is now offering luxury, elite vacation accommodations for dog boarding. This service is limited to clients that have been interviewed and evaluated.

History

Established in 2006.

Linda West, CPDT-​KA was the in-​house trainer for the Humane Society of Redmond training and evaluating dogs for five years. West opened Dogs Ltd & Training in 2006. West wanted to help owners to have wonderful companion pets. Her techniques of training are based in having control of the dog and using reward-​based training to develop a focused relationship with the dog.

West is dedicated to having great pet-​dogs in the community and she believes that best buddies go everywhere together.

Business Owner

Linda L. West, CPDT is a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) and is certified by the Certification Council of Pet Dog Trainers (CCPDT). She was certified to evaluate and train dogs in 2006 while working at the Humane Society of Redmond as their in-​house dog trainer.

West is a member of the Association of Professional Humane Educators and is committed to safe dogs and dog training education in the community to ensure children and dogs interact in a safe manner. West is committed to compassionate dog training using motivation and control.

She left the shelter in 2006 to pursue her specialty as a dog trainer working to train companion animals. As a dog trainer she is committed to making wonderful pet dogs that are bonded with their owners.

She worked as a trainer and performed with Sea Lions at the Miami Seaquarium. She also worked as first response Search and Rescue with mantrailing Bloodhounds at Big Bend National Park.
