Dylan is an awesome Realtor. He took control of our home sale and got us multiple offers in less than a month on the market — all AFTER the peak season in Bend. We tried to sell our house in the past but weren’t able to make it work. I attribute our sale this time to Dylan 100%. He knows the Bend area and Bend market well and guided us to a neighborhood and home that is well suited to our family – great schools, close to town and the river.
