Our portfolio includes wines from across the globe. Currently we import wines from Argentina, Chile, France, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, and Uruguay. We also source award winning Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley.

History

Established in 1997.

We have been importing fine wines from Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, and Baja California, Mexico as Southern Wine Group for nearly two decades. Recently we have been extending this reputation by building a select portfolio from the United States, Spain, Portugal, France and Italy. The newly combined Elixir Wine Group is proud to represent wines from some of the finest family-​owned producers in the world.

The base of operations is located in beautiful Bend, Oregon. As an extension of our import business, we have a wine shop located at 550 SW Industrial Way, Suite 102 in Bend, Oregon. Here, we allow tastings of select wines from our portfolio in addition to offering them for retail sale.

Elixir’s founder, C. Kirk Ermisch has been importing and producing wines for nearly two decades. In addition to personally reviving and operating the Bodega Calle winery in Mendoza, Argentina originally founded in 1925 and making the critically acclaimed Ermisch Pinot Noir from the Willamette Valley of Oregon, Ermisch is also the Executive Producer of the film, «Boom Varietal: the Rise of Argentine Malbec», which documents the past, present, and future of the en vogue grape variety, Malbec, Argentina’s most widely recognized wine.
