For The Health Of It specializes in massage therapy and modalities that include but are not limited to: Swedish, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Chinese Cupping, Thai Foot Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy and Pregnancy Massage. History

Established in 2009.

Aisha Gaut (OR LIC#16 653) began her massage studies in 2008 at Central Oregon Community College. A passion for learning and an interest in natural health helped Aisha earn a certificate and license to practice massage in Oregon. Shortly after becoming licensed For The Health Of It was started in Bend’s Old Mill Phoenix Building West. In 2010 Aisha completed her massage studies at COCC earning an AAS in Massage Therapy.

I love the visual of a person who has just received a great massage. Knowing that I am capable of relieving someones pain whether it be chronic or temporary, helping someone to relax or relieve a bit of stress, gives me great satisfaction. Massage wasn’t something I ever experienced before I stepped foot in massage school, it was just something I felt I was called to do. I look forward to making even the slightest difference in the life of each person that walks through my office door!
