For once a place that says they’ll do something and does it! Very good communication during delivery. They gave me a 2hr window as well as a call to let me know when they were 30 minutes out so I didn’t have to sit there waiting. They were very prompt and professional.

Lance, Felix, and Zach are a great team. They all were very friendly and eager to answer any questions. They helped us pick out the perfect Ashley sectional at a great price. Then they loaded it on our truck in the snow and even gave us an extra strap to borrow. Thank you and we will be back for future purchases.

My husband and I have been past customers several times over the past few years and have spent a good deal of money here. We stopped in today and we completely ignored by staff to the point that I had to go to the desk where all of the employees were and ask for help. I told the employee that finally acknowledged me what we were looking for and was directed accordingly. We were seated to look at catalogs to look for a selection. The employee came back with another customer (who by the way ALSO had to go to the desk area and ask for help!) as she stated her needs he proceeded to tell her that I was looking at the catalog that she needed and they proceeded to both stare at me until I relinquished the catalog, I handed the catalog to them and promptly collected up my things never to return as a customer, I will pay a bit more elsewhere to get the customer service! I am sure Mr. Guzman would not be happy that his customers were being treated in this manner.
