Groom Bend

I just made an appointment for the first time. I read the reviews and liked what I was reading. Her location has changed and she isn’t able to change it in Unilocal.Her new location in Bend is 2669 NE Twin Knolls Dr. Swt# 207

Jen is simply wonderful! I took my 1 year old chocolate lab mix, Jasper (a rescue) to her while in the height of his shedding season. Despite daily brushings, he was shedding like mad and we knew we needed some professional assistance before we ended up in a sea of fur. I couldn’t believe how good he looked when I picked him up after Jen groomed him! I think Jen must have cleaned, blow-​dried, massaged and brushed out ten pounds of hair. He smells wonderful, his coat feels so much better and best of all, he looked happy as a clam. Jen gave me some great feedback on his home brushing routine and actually demonstrated on Jasper for me.
Before he was even groomed, I felt good about leaving Jasper with Jen. I work from home, so Jasper spends literally all day with me. And as a rescue dog with a difficult past, he is very content to do so. But as soon as we walked in the door and Jen came over to greet us, he went right to her. I don’t think he even noticed that I left!
One last tidbit — Jasper is not a fan of getting his nails clipped. We’ve taken him to two other dog wash locations for a clipping; the first store couldn’t do it, and he really struggled against the person at the second store. Jen was able to clip his nails without any trouble, and I’m sure it was because he was so comfortable with her. They look great — and our wood floors thank her!

Jen is great! I recently moved to Bend, and was nervous to send my dog to a new groomer. Jen did a wonderful job making me feel at ease, as well as my mini Aussie feel comfortable. His haircut looks wonderful! I am happy to say we have found our new doggie groomer! Thank you Jen!

I had a great experience with Jen at Groom Bend. She was able to schedule a grooming for my Norfolk Terrier quickly after I called and was flexible about timing. She is the first groomer in Bend that knew his breed and could groom appropriately. Every other groomer I’ve been to here has given him a generic cut and I end up having to clean it up myself with clippers when I get him home. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer at Groom Bend.

Jen is a fabulous groomer! My Buddy is a fidgety, nervous little guy but he trusts Jen and always looks great when he is finished. She is patient, experienced and dependable.

Jen was GREAT!!! Just had my dog cleaned up by her and I can’t believe how good my Aussie looks. No one better in town then Jen.

Jen is absolutely the best. Sometimes Ziggy is really a mess as he lives a very active, outdoor life and after Jen does her magic he looks beautiful again. Jen is an artist and people frequently stop and ask where he was groomed. She is very professional and I recommend her highly.

The lady who groomed my dog today was very rude about my puppys behavior. I know he is young, but she made me feel like she didnt want my business. Never going back.

Jen Jennings (GROOM BEND) is terrific! You explain what you want and that is exactly what you get every time. Jen is the fastest groomer I have ever been to and your precious friend gets the works from head to toe. Jen groomed our Standard Poodles just before we headed south last December and the comments from folks from all walks of life were amazing, most wanting to know who groomed them. Thank you Jen, your exceptional work not only pleases us but a large number of people we have encountered on our travel. Welcome home!!! See you soon.

I have had my puppy groomed at a few locations around Bend. I had never been fully satisfied until finding Jen. She made my little one so clean and cute. It was the perfect cut for her personality and our lifestyle. I am looking forward to taking Daphne back to see her soon.

I am delighted to write my 1^st ever Unilocal review for Jen Jennings & Groom Bend. My lab, Bentley, & I give Jen five stars for exceptional service and outstanding grooming. Most importantly, Bentley loves & trusts her — in his 7 years he has never let anyone clip his nails except Jen. Plus, Jen
is simply a pleasure to know. We won’t be going anywhere else!

Jen is simply the best! She has been groomed our poodle since she was a puppy. Our dog is always thrilled to see Jen (as are we!) and she looks gorgeous when Jen is through with her. People really do stop us on the street and ask ‘Who grooms your dog? She looks so beautiful!’ We miss her very kind, expert and professional presence here in California.

Jen was our groomer in San Francisco and then in Walnut Creek, and we were completely happy with everything she did for our dogs. Not only did they look terrific after their grooming, they were happy! And she did such a fine job that they looked good as their hair grew out. Bend — you’re so lucky that Jen is around. We miss her a lot!

Jen has been grooming my family’s two poodles in San Francisco for years now. She’s an avid dog-​lover and is an almost dog-​whisperer level dog enthusiast. Dogs are happy in her extraordinarily capable hands, and they always come out looking fantastic! My two dogs never look better than after they’ve had a grooming session with her. She is also quite well-​versed in canine health; one of our dogs has some stomach problems and the other had a couple of unexpected seizures, and Jen is always doing a quick double-​check to make sure they’re happy and healthy, oftentimes pointing out things that we may not have noticed or know to look for.
I cannot recommend Jen highly enough; my only regret is that she isn’t still in California because I don’t know if we’re ever going to find an acceptable substitute.
