Business Owner

Jeanne Moir-​Payne has been a real estate broker since 2000 and is an expert in residential, investment, acreage and land real estate. A resident of Bend for nearly 30 years, she has a comprehensive and experienced understanding of all that Central Oregon has to offer. Jeanne holds a GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) designation, a credential held by only 4% of real estate brokers.

Jeanne believes experience and understanding current real estate data is critical to establishing value and moving toward successful negotiations. She focuses on researching zoning and building history to insure buyers know what they are purchasing and to assist sellers in getting the full value for their property.

Jeanne and her husband Bryan are enthusiastic participants in the Central Oregon outdoor lifestyle, enjoying adventure motorcycle riding, camping, hiking and Bend’s world-​famous craft beer culture.
