Insurance company recommended as one of their preferred shops. Made appt to have car damage looked at for estimate of time needed in shop. Said they would give email within 30 minutes. Never heard back. Weak, acted like they don’t need my business. Went to another shop and received far superior customer service. Hard to recommend these guys.

It is an unhappy thing to have something happen where one has a reason to update a review for an auto body repair place. But it is a happy thing if you need auto body repair to work with Lithia. My original review was to sing Lithia’s praises for the top notch work they did on fixing door damage done to our car when we got side swiped when parked in a local lot. This time we needed extensive auto repair and auto body work after we hit a deer on the freeway while we were traveling 55mph. So, perhaps there was serendipity in the previous need for the minor body work because as the tow truck driver picked us up and loaded our undriveable vehicle on his truck and asked if we had a body shop in mind, we said, «Yes. Lithia in Bend.» Once again, superior customer communication by them at every step during the nearly four week repair process, top notch attention to getting every detail right in the repair and a well itemized(four page no less) list of the parts used and work needed, including towing the vehicle to the local dealer where specialized mechanics could reset all of the car’s computer settings. Ten grand later, they delivered our trusty MDX back to us in the same new and perfect running condition it was in before the ill fated collission with the deer. We recently referred friends to Lithia after their new Toyota SUV had been crunched in a parking lot fender-bender and they too said they had the same five star, six star really, experience for communication and work quality by Lithia as did we. The bottom line is, it is an unhappy thing to need auto body services. But if you do it is a very happy thing to have Lithia do the work.
