Dr. Michael Villano, double board certified surgeon specializing in head and neck surgery and pediatric and adult ear, nose and throat patient care. Dr. Villano draws ear, nose, and throat patients from throughout the central Oregon area because of his outstanding reputation for advanced and specialized treatments. Cascade ENT was founded to provide optimal ENT medical care to patients in the face of a changing medical environment. Our state-​of-​the-​art facility offers the highest level of care and advanced treatment equipment.

Dr. Villano is double board certified, trained in administering medical and surgical care specific to the patient’s head, neck and face. Dr. Villano has further defined his training as a specialist in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Michael E. Villano V.

Business Owner

Dr. Michael E. Villano is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon practicing in Bend, Oregon. Dr. Villano received his medical training at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. After obtaining his M.D. in 1995, he went on to complete an Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery residency followed by a fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Dr. Villano has been practicing in Central Oregon since 2001.

Prior to medical training, Dr. Villano received an undergraduate degree in Bioengineering at the University of California at San Diego while on a Navy Scholarship. Upon graduation, he entered the prestigious Navy Nuclear Propulsion Program where he served as a nuclear submarine officer aboard the USS Haddo and the USS Hawkbill and earned such honors as the Navy Achievement Medal with Gold Star, the Navy Expeditionary Medal, and the Defense Service Medal.
