Every experience with OnPoint has always been wonderful. All of the employees are super nice and helpful.
I had just moved to Oregon, so I needed to switch banks. All my friends and family suggest I join a credit union, and I happened to be passing Onpoint. I walked inside and told the women with huge smile on her face who seemed so happy to see me. «I just moved here and I need a to switch banks, but people tell me I should go to a credit union so can you tell me the difference.» She explained it thoroughly and asked if I wanted to put my name in to see someone about setting up an account. I was seen less then five minutes. This next woman was just as nice and helpful and told me I could set up a checking and savings account for free and they’ll have the same account number so it’ll be easier. I could do my banking online. Also I never would have to fill out deposit slips or withdrawal forms I could just go in and type in my last four digits of SSN and tell them what I wanted. And that they could have my debit card made then and there instead of waiting for it in the mail. She said several other things that they had for our convenience. I would suggest to anyone to join Onpoint.
