Awesome service! Sean was magnificent, our carpets have never looked better. He and his brother were punctual, worked efficiently, and were really friendly. The price was more than fair, and I couldn’t believe the stains they managed to remove. No trace of red gatorade or blue ink left! Would recommend these gentlemen to anyone.

These guys were great. Our carpeting looked fantastic, price was reasonable and service was terrific. We needed a follow up visit and they accommodated us on short notice and did it with a smile.

I have NEVER had such a fantastic cleaning! It’s been a week since our carpets, area rug, and furniture were cleaned by Sean and his crew, and they still look new. There were some major stains that are just gone. Give this company a chance. You won’t be sorry.

Due to the very high reviews on here, we contacted Padre to see if they serviced the Prineville area since that is where we will be moving. Sean returned my call very quickly and his response is why I am writing this review.
Although they do not service the Prineville area, he very thoroughly went over what to look for when interviewing or hiring someone to clean our new home carpets. He shared specific things to ask for and to make sure we were getting the job done right. He explained in detail the process and this made the process much easier since it was our first time hiring professional carpet cleaners.
Even though we weren’t able to work directly with Sean, based on the reviews here and my experience with him, I would highly recommend anyone in their service area check Padre Carpet out.

There is a reason for all of these 5 start reviews for Padre Carpet & Tile Care. They do a damn good job. They will not be the cheapest and Sean told me himself that if you don’t have very dirty carpets anyone can do it for you and probably do it cheaper. BUT… If you really want to get your carpets cleaned well Padre is who you need to call. Our carpets needed a good deep cleaning. Sean and his brother came and did the job. Due to the nature of our carpet and the ‘pet resistant’ carpet padding moisture tends to wick up to the surface a day or two after the cleaning. Sean told us at the time that this would likely happen and it did. Sean came back and re-​did the carpet the next week. Bottom line is that we were very happy. The carpet is like new. Call Padre if you really need your carpets cleaned. And a tip to carpet buyers — DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY on ‘PET RESISTANT’ CARPET PADDING.

I reached out to Padre when we needed our white carpets cleaned in our new home. The team at Padre was extremely thorough in explaining the techniques and some of the differences between the different equipment. They also provided some great tips on removing stains and carpet smells, which is important when you have 2 large dog and moved into a place with white carpets.

So crazy that 10 5-​Star Reviews are hidden from the page, because they are RIGHT! Great service, great price, great quality, attention to detail, doing what was promised and more. We have 2 kids and a cat who throws up every day and desperately needed a deep cleaning from top to bottom. Stains were removed without too much moisture in the carpet and it looks fabulous! This is our first time using the service which came highly recommend from a friend, plus the great reviews I was able to find here on Unilocal.I have had REALLY poor experiences with other carpet cleaners from out of state and feel like I have hit the jackpot here. Sean thank you for all your work. I have used Padre Carpet cleaning three times and my parents have used him 3 times as well. Sean does such great work and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommended padre carpet cleaning to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.

Excellent customer service and quality of work. Sean took the time to explain how to keep my carpets in good shape, recommended products to purchase (not things that he sells, just what I can find at my local store) for spot cleaning, how to use them correctly and what to stay away from. Very reasonable rates for the work done; charged exactly what he originally quoted.

Sean’s still the best in Bend. Had him out last week and my carpet looks brand new again. Every time I think all hope is lost, Sean brings it back to outstanding condition. He started at 9:30 and by the time I came home for lunch around 2:30 the carpets were dry enough to feel comfortable walking on them in bare feet. By 5:30 they were completely dry. LOVE this guy’s work!

I used to think that as long as it was a truck/​van mounted carpet cleaner, they were all created equal. I was very wrong. I had previously just chosen the cheapest price I could find and that was sufficient when I didn’t have pets or light carpet. Now my new place has light beige carpet, a very picky landlord, and an 80 lb. black lab and geriatric cat.
I saw Michele’s review on here and then the filtered reviews and decided to try someone new. First of all: Sean is extremely thorough and I know more about carpets, cleaning process, odor elimination, etc. then ever before. He explained how his process differs from some other cleaners and I might butcher this explanation but I’ll give it a try: instead of just dumping soap everywhere, pushing it around on the surface and sucking it up, he actually cleans the carpet through agitation which deep cleans it. He is also extremely thorough and detail oriented, and I didn’t find a trace of hair around the baseboards when he was finished (and I know there was probably tons of it). I couldn’t believe how much time he spent on my 400 sq ft. of carpeted area and this equals less pay per hour for him, but a very good deal for his customers.
Best of all, my carpets look better than when I moved in. They had been cleaned prior to my arrival, and cleaned about six months a go. I cannot find a single stain now and there used to be a vast difference between the areas I had put rugs down and those without, but it’s all the same light color just like the areas that have never seen a muddy paw print. They look brand new. You can’t tell from the carpets that I have pets, and best of all you can’t smell that I have pets. As far as the rest of the house goes, I have some work to do to bring it up to par with the now flawless carpet.

In our search for a quality carpet cleaner who understood how to handle wool wall to wall carpets, my hubby and I had searched around Bend. With no luck.
Then I thought about checking Unilocal and found the reviews for Padre. Fortunately, i knew how to look behind the filter to see all the accolades for Sean and his business. When I called him, it was clear from our telephone discussion that he was a professional who knew exactly how to clean wool… and that he’d do a great job.
Why the other five star reviews are behind the filter here is a mystery. But take a look at them and you’ll see echoed what was my hubby’s and my experience. I’m assuming they are all legit, because they reflect what our experience was with this company too. Top notch. Five stars.
I can’t imagine you’ll find a better carpet cleaner in all of Central Oregon. We enthusiastically recommend Sean’s services!
